Room was quite dated needs to be updated didnt like being on 3rd floor with kids. Road works outside could hear in the evening. Photos that are used for rooms are mis leading on website our room apartment was dark, couches uncomfortable. Family of 4 on the 3rd floor trying to get suitcases upstairs wasnt the easiest

The stairs, these were a bit much for a young family 3 kids 3 and under staying on the top floor.

Loved the amount of pools and different swim options for the little ones, also really loved the onsite dining option.

The pools and surrounds were dirty and dated. Looked like the filter didn’t work in the pool.

Good location, rooms were massive. Laundry facilities in the rooms was handy and so was having 2 bathrooms.

Rooms were a tad outdated, there was a used Band-Aid on our couch when we arrived The curtains did basically nothing, we were staying right outside one of the pools with a shining light that stayed on all night Other pools may need to be patrolled and extra rubbish pick up for the outside around the pools

I loved the water park was patrolled. Lots of activities for children Woolies close by

Rooms are tired and dated. Unisex toilets near the pool needed more frequent cleaning.

Pool facility and splash pad are amazing for kids.

need to be clear on day of leaving: can we donate non-perishable foods? do you partner with a charity and can take PERISHBLE UNOPENED GOODS-- cheese, yoghurt etc we still have not received our account!!! (it could not be printed on the day of departure, and has not been emailed as we agreed)

Resort/rooms were not clean, and didn’t know till we got there that there were height restrictions for parking. No other alternatives for larger cars to park nearby.

I think the beds had bed bugs as we woke up each morning with new bites. Didn't like being charged $4 for extra toilet paper and being told to go to supermarket for more coffee.

Swimming pools were fantastic, staff were all happy and knowledgable.

Beds are pretty average comfort wise. Only had a front door scan key would have been great to have a sliding door key for ease of coming in and out of the room.

Kids loved the kids club the staff were amazing with them and reasonably priced. Water park was a win with the kids! Great food at the onsite restaurant.

Maybe would have liked to have a fold out sofa, as we had family from Brisbane for one night and they couldnt stay with us ( I realise we would have had to pay extra). Beach towels ran out so we had to share one towel. But these not a real big deal .

Great location. Resort set out so well. Private. I Like that it’s not a high rise. Nice nature feel. Good to have parking. Restaurant and bar close to splash world. It’s fantastic to be able to closely supervise your children in splash world but not have to be in there with them as there are no ‘pools’ as such. I would come here without children even as I liked the vibe. And there’s an adult only pool

It was dated and not clean. The apartment had black mold, broken door handle, smelled badly the entire time too, like sweat and drain. The hallways were dirty too. Musty.

Loved the water park and pools. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Absolutely amazing with the kids!

Pools are not very clean. The big play pool was closed for two days due to holiday or weather. Bulk beds are perfect for kids, however too small for adults to fit in.
