You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaCarpet was dirty, dishes were dirty, balcony was dark, empty, had a Smirnoff can for an ashtray and was dirty, walls had marks on them, two single beds made into double instead of just a double, couch had hand prints and dirt marks on it, drain in bathroom sink fills up within 5 seconds of running water, no steel cover just piping, towel had mascara on it, was easily cleaned off so seemed as though the towels had not been washed! Fridge was on lean, toilet would not flush at one point, no cleaning supplies such as broom or mop!
We loved the wardrobe mirror and space in the cupboard, the bathroom mirror sliding door into room was interesting, bed side tables were nice and good to store stuff in, privacy was great and customer service was excellent!

AustraliaThe main reason for such a negative review was the cleanliness of the room. We had to clean the kitchen when we arrived as there were greasy marks all over cupboard doors and fridge. also picked alot of "stuff" off the floor.

AustraliaVery little space, couldn't use the full length mirrors. The carpet was clean but very stained. Very wonky table. There was no sign to tell you how to exit the secure car park. Reception was unmanned when we went to depart, so no help.
Perfect location for our trip to Melbourne. Large bed and chairs were comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities. Good shower and towels.
