The perfect pace to stay in Byron. Sunrise is beautifully decorated with comfy beds and an awesome shower! The common space is a great idea, is no nice that you want to spend time in there and it provides so much more than a kitchenette in other establishments. It provided some luxury away from home and literally had everything we needed and more, including freshly ground coffee for breakfast.

The wifi didn't connect to my phone for some reason but would connect to my laptop. Not a big deal, to be honest.

Main road traffic in the morning, but the rest of the rooms would I’d say have no issues with this because of their orientation

This is a beautiful property comfortable and aesthetics are amazing. I would highly recommend this for a group getaway, the facilities would be great for an extended family or friends gathering

I would like it if laundry facilities were available on-site, especially for longer stays.

Bit annoying that there weren't any staff on site to talk to and they weren't responsive on the number provided. Not flexible on check out times.

Lovely facilities in a good location in Byron - right in the middle of the industrial estate and the town centre. Takes 20mins to walk into the town centre. My room and the facilities were really clean and comfortable. In room 6 I had a little kitchenette and separate lounge area which were great. Despite being located on a busy road, the noise didn't bother me at all. If you're fully self sufficient and don't need any assistance during your stay - this is the place for you!

Cleaner was still cleaning our room when we arrived but she was not aware we had booked. She was done in 15 minutes and we grabbed a coffee from the awesome coffee machine while we waited so this was no problem at all!

the only thing negative was the parking, there was no signage on where to park besides the spots clearly in front of the rooms. we later figured out as we were leaving where to park, if there was a more clear indication of this outside this place would go from 10/10 to 10.1/10

EVERYTHING. from the sheets to the outdoor area everything about this place is amazing and so convenient. me and my friends had the best stay, the sheets were SO comfy, the room was perfect sizing and everything was so clean! i’ve never stayed at a more cleaner location. they provided ice as well as refrigerated water. the pool was clean and so nice to sit beside.
