- Distance to Cavill Street a bit far. - The unit needs maintenance in some areas (eg: high chair with peeling leather seat cover. - Though building security was hood, individual unit’s security was lacking either only the door knob. The checkin procedure should be communicated earlier for our expectations.

Like the tub n security in place. It was also just a stone’s throw from the beach.( albeit pretty long walk to Cavill Street)

We had issues on the first night with the room the after hours number we called took a long time to answer, got hung up many times and the issue we raised immediately the staff were rude about it.

The location was great! Super close to everything and easy to get anywhere with the tram being 5 minutes walk.

The dishes need a good wash through a dish washer.Over all clean was basic could be better.Under blanket stained.Could have a vacuum cleaner for crumbs not the broom on carpet.Couch end coming off.

The apartment was a little run down, and the water from the shower didn't run properly. You had to get in the shower up two steps and down into the shub. Not very good if elderly or unsteady on your feet. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

pity they built that jewel where they did, also all those electric bikes that where dumped on the foot paths, in the roads on the verges no thought of anyone else!!

Decor a bit tired but each apartment is a little different. We visited another on L8 and this was very nice.

Great little balcony, everything that you needed . Laundry facilities in the apartment. We swam in the pool everyday, beautiful. We stayed 4 nights but it would have been great for a longer stay.

Apartment 86 needs a little refurbishment. New ceiling fans or blades. Drapes are dis-integrating. Bases of bar stools need sanding and spray-painting. The comfortable lounge chairs need covers or replacement. Some deep cleaning needed inside entry door.

We asked for and were granted a north eastern room and loved the aspect and view from the deck... we love the location between Broadbeach and Surfers with easy access to the beach and the broadwalk.... the pool at Surf Parade is our favourite - and the place while a bit older is kept in great condition... well done SP staff

The biggest issue we had in room 2/28 was the massive climb to try and get into the spa bath with shower with a smooth tiled entrance I did have a fall trying to exit the bath after having my shower slippery and hurt my leg I believe I was very fortunate I had been so aware of the issue and tried to be very careful on entry And egress maybe something the owners could address.The other issue was the electric Kettle it did not automatically shut off and had to be done manually.Im not sure if room is sprayed for flying And crawling insects we had to buy sprays for both as we had cockroaches flies and mosquitoes.I have to say the property next door was very loud while at the pool seemed to go on for hours

The property was central to Surfers and Broadbeach shopping dining areas easy walk in or the tram another bonus,It is also an easy walk to the bowling rugby soccer and life surf saving clubs and restaurants shopping Mall a short tram ride away .Our room had everything you needed pool sauna spa and swimming pool the staff keep these areas immaculate we would love to revisit this resort although we had some minor issues staff friendly room well equipped .Pool area bbq fantastic.we did have a few issues but would like to thank the owners for our stay we did water your out door plants on our stay .
