Perhaps a few extra kitchen items could have been provided, e.g. we were 5 people and not enough coffee, milk was provided.

The property was well maintained and clean as per its age. It was great for our purpose.

The manager was so lovely, helpful and friendly. We loved the pool. It was very deep and cleaned everyday. The apartment was very roomy and looked like it had just been renovated. Plenty of space for our family of 7. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the bowls club and the beach. Was very quiet and not much traffic noise. We all look forward to staying again.

Check in process- was informed the day before we need to be there between 930 and 1130 to be able to pay the $400 deposit we which had to be paid via the efpost not over the phone which we arrived thinking we would have early access to the apartment which we didn’t. Apon arriving for this transaction we were greeted with an absurd amount of rules and things we couldn’t do. We were also informed that we shouldn’t have been booked for only 1 night - you are happy to take my money though ! - took far to long for our deposit to come back to our account

The unit was clean but could do with a deep clean, carpets are a bit stained and the bathrooms have some minor mould spots.

Great location, very close to the beach and tram stop. The pool and gardens are beautiful and the unit was spacious with good facilities. Management were helpful and friendly.

The location was great, close to the beach and surfers paradise. The accommodation fit the 6 of us really comfortably, very clean and tidy. Great view over the pool to watch the kids.

Great apartment in an awesome location. Walking distance to the centre of Surfers, 2 blocks from the beach. Will stay here again. Apartment is a little on the older side, has been renovated. Very comfortably fitted family of 5. Kitchen is extremely well equipped!

Great location, peaceful and quite. Our apartment was well equiped and big enough for the 5 of us. Yes there are rules, but do the right thing and respect them, pretty simple. The managers were easy to deal with when needed. We would definitely stay there again, albeit maybe an apartment with a bigger balcony 😃 Thanks for a great holiday spot, we shall return
