The breakfast was impressive but for someone who doesn’t eat a lot $50 a head was alot.

We loved the pool pity it can’t be heated. The bathroom in the room was lovely. The bed was a little hard for our liking but might be ok for others.

The lagoon pool was absolutely amazing and what made us book JW Marriott. The buffet breakfast at Critique restaurant was the best we’ve had. Hotel staff and Critique staff (esp during breakfast buffet service) were all superb, great customer service and very welcoming and accomodating. There’s a water and ice room on every floor which is an absolute treat and we used it multiple times each day. There’s a laundry room in Level 3 - amazingly practical!

Resort has everything you could desire to enjoy for entire family - no need to leave! Phenomenal staff attentiveness and customer service, excellent pool facility, spa amenities for pamper, arcade for kids, activities for kids to participate in, clean, extremely well mannered staff all round. Option of dining in and bar, quality buffet for breakfast and dinner 10/10! Could not fault my experience. Even when I had a minor leak in bathroom it was handled with upmost professionalism and exceeded my expectation of resolution.

The wait time to see someone at reception one day was 10 minutes, communication between reception staff was poor and we got given different stories on different days. The rooms needs to be cleaner, we found old fruit and mess under the bed upon arrival. The beds need replacing I think, quite uncomfortable and gave me a bad back.

The pool was fantastic, great for small kids who could play all day. We booked this hotel for the pool and it did not disappoint. Breakfast was great, though some days there were not enough staff and plates etc piled up on tables. Restaurant choices were good but there needs to be healthier options for kids and smaller portion size options for toddlers. Family friendly hotel with a lot for the kids to do. Easy access to shops and the tram if needed.

EV chargers are not working thus could not charge my car. Tesla charger didn’t work on my car.

Location was amazing. We rent a car but didn't really drive. Pool was 4.5 meter depth, so many fishes there. So much fun! Recommend to someone who does not afraid of depth. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

Stayed for my daughters 2nd birthday! Service was exceptional! The hotel staff organised balloons for my daughter the night before so when she woke up she was so happy!. They bought her cake for breakfast and then again at lunch! And then surprised us at misono with ice cream for her!!! We were honestly speechless! We will be back again! And will reccomend to family and friends! Thank you for making my daughters birthday extra special
