Room had a car park view but very clean and well maintained but breakfast is not included.

We thought when we were booking that the room we booked had a bath. It was disappointing to not have a bath. The room we were in had an obscured view of the lake with an awning over the balcony and the diners in the restaurant could see straight into our room. We had extreme difficulty connecting our devices to chromecast to the in-room tv entertainment and gave up trying after several attempts - a bit frustrating. This was our only disappointments in a really lovely weekend getaway.

I love the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The pool facilities were fantastic. The decor is lovely and very calming. The location and view of the lake is terrific. A quick drive from Sydney and you have the peace and tranquility of the lake to look over from your balcony. Very relaxing. The pub next door/attached to the resort has great food and drinks with a terrific atmosphere and a great view.

The bistro was quite noisy with a lot of background sound, and lots of people trying to talk over it.

The lobby had a really nice ambience; the room was spacious and the bed was fantastic! We had a really nice meal at the bistro in the evening, and I was lucky enough to get a free yoga class on easter sunday, what a lovely start to the day!

The most chilled relaxed vibe, my partner and I went last weekend for a two night stay. Staff are so friendly and warm, the hotel is immaculate and the pool area really made us feel like we were on holidays at a resort.

Too much aircon in bistro, foyer and bedroom- very cold. One weeknight had loud music till 1130pm. Menu choices in bistro a bit carb heavy

Gorgeous decor, bright and fresh. Large bistro and balcony area. Breakfast buffet, even just the continental had amazing choices, more than 20 types of breads/pastries/waffles/pancakes. Pool was perfect, heated on cool day, cooled on a stinky hot day. Lounge beds were great.

The fridge in the room was very small without a freezer for ice. The room had only one chair and not a lot of space for luggage.

The facilities of the resort outside the room are fantastic. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Room without a window I wouldn't recommend always nice to have a window for fresh air. but having said that the room was very nicely done out.

Had a problem with meals , we are sure we didn’t order what we got ,all of staff in that area were lovely, except the girl we questioned over what meals we were given , she was just rude, we know we didn’t order what came out , so it cost more money than it should have

We had a small outdoor area off our room, but it was sealed shut and we were unable to access it.

The entire facility was amazing. The staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The foyer is bright and has an amazing tropical fish tank located in side. The room and bathroom were excellent, and the additional extras were of high quality. The bed including linen and pillows was one of the best beds we have ever slept on. Better than our 5 star darling harbour accommodation offered us. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Location wasn’t great although the view of the lake was amazing. Stay in the resort- the surrounding area is not pretty.

Beautiful resort hotel with pool and everything provided. A good place to stay to explore the Central Coast.
