Nothing really. We were a little perplexed about finding the hotel since it is attached to a pub/hotel and we missed the entrance on a first sweep of the street. We failed to read the sign about how to check in but once we knew where to get the key it was all very straight forward.

The room had been freshly decorated and was very attractive and the location was brilliant because it was right in the centre of town and there was a parking spot directly outside the hotel room which made moving luggage easy. The bed was super comfy. All in all, a good place to stay.

Pictures showed us staying in cabins/ motel style which we thought we were staying in but ended up staying upstairs above the pub. But it was still nice

The room was not clean . There was a used pair of underwear under the bed and hairs all over the bathroom vanity.

In our room, there was no consideration we were a couple, eg. only 1 tea cup, glass, etc. Staff should have realised it was a double booking and accommodated accordingly. The door separating the bathroom, was off its roller so hard to operate.

We didn't eat breakfast. Staff were responsive to a few issues. The accommodation was comfy and perfect for an overnight stay.

The location in the heart of Bowral is terrific for shopping and dining options. The room was comfortable and I couldn't hear my neighbours. The heating kept the room warm and the bed was so nice.

Although rooms appeared to have been ready well before check in time; a few of us had to wait until 2pm before we could check in.

Great location and walking distance to all things great in Bowral including Gumnut Patisserie. Super comfortable bed and spelt better than I would at home.

Air con/heater wasn’t very warm - took a long time to warm the room to a comfortable temperature. Water leaked out of shower covering bathroom floor - needs a seal across the door! Nothing that isn’t a simple fix though.

Great location right on Bowral’s main street, newly renovated and stylish, comfortable rooms, good food downstairs in the pub. Everything you need for a couple of nights stay!

Room light at night and the delivery/garbage truck at woolies opposite through the evening/morning. Some tissues in the room would have been good too.

They seemed much darker than the photos, even with the lights on. We couldn’t turn the outside light off and it could be seen through the blind edges. A heated bathroom floor or at least be bathrail would be a nice touch given the climate. I would not however eat in the attached pub. The bangers and mash dish we had was surprisingly bad - sausages way too processed and barely cooked.

Despite being in a car park, the location is very central so it is easy to get to the shops and restaurants. The pretty doors, handles, numbers and cypress trees are all sweet.

Working out how to check in and get the key. No door handle, so if you went out without the key you were locked out. The shower was not as clean as I would have liked. The floor under the bed had definitely not been cleaned in a very long time. The dust was very thick. No tissues in the room.

Great location. Easy walk to every thing. Room layout was great. Plenty of cupboard space and power points. Parking at the door, literally, was brilliant. No carrying bags for long distances. The shower was hot, big and fabulous. The room was warm and welcoming when we arrived.
