Mow the grass. When we first seen it, we weren’t sure if would be good because of the length of the grass but when we entered, it surprised us. Was surprisingly good inside.

The unit had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Perfectly located for what we needed for the weekend.

When we arrived the whole area was very warm and without an air conditioner in the major living area it took some time to cool down and make pleasant. In fact the lack of an air conditioner in that area was a major negative. One of the two fans provided began to spark and rumble when we switched it on so we could not use it and felt it was dangerous. We also had an infestation of ants which we dealt with by spraying, but they still reappeared in different places quite regularly. We also felt that the garden outside needed some work and the exterior of the glass front door badly needed a good clean.

The location was very good. The interior was pleasant and well set out. The kitchen area was good. The beds were comfortable.

Bed covers being white had stains on top end of covers and pillows, definitely need changing. Mirrors and table were smeared from a quick clean, ant problem, in living area and some throughout kitchen. Musty smell from bathroom. Also seemed like sand and dirt had just been swept under bed not properly cleaned. (This is for owners view only)

The internet WiFi was unreliable, frequently dropping out. We had an urgent matter that required WiFi, but the connection was not reliable enough. Additionally, the room smelled stuffy, and the glasses provided were not clean. The tea towels provided were insufficient, and there was very little soap left. Fortunately, we had brought our own soap. The couch was badly damaged and slid out while sitting.

Nice setup and secure parking at night. The location was convenient for our needs.

No decent clothes line or dryer. Wind continually blew the clothes drying rack over that was provided. Garden and yard was very overgrown. Needs a good tidy up especially with Summer on its way. Not very appealing to sit outside. Fly screens are needed on front sliding door as to leave the door open lets the flies in. Wifi continually in and out. To be honest for the amount of money we paid for the 5 nights we were disappointed. Inside was clean and comfortable, but the outside yard and garden was not good.

Even though the property still lists as having Wifi, there is absolutely none (nor has there been for some time apparently)... This was a massive barrier for our 4 week stay, and one that was not easily rectifiable. Be sure to confirm in advance directly with the host if / when this is resolved.

The lounges were very low and uncomfortable. There is no top sheet on the beds. This is important as if it’s cool a top sheet is nice but a doona is too hot

The main problem was that one room near kitchen sink was smelly and we were not able to sleep inside anyway. At first we thought it was the blanket smelly due to didn't dry completely. So we try to hang the blanket outside and let the sun dry it properly. However, we try to switch on the AC of that smelly room, the smells still as bad as something dead inside the AC.. 3 of us squeezed on a double bed for 2 nights. Second problem was the kitchen sink, there was a hole on the tap, whenever we open the tap, the water was coming out from the hole as well. Third problem was the electric stand fan near the TV, one of the blade is missing, we couldn't use it as it seems to be dangerous because the whole thing was vibrating. Last but not least, regarding the WiFi.. the WiFi signal is so bad.. just treat it as no WiFi unit then..

Property looked abandoned on approach and not cared for. Furniture was old and uncomfortable. A/C unit noisy and did not work well.

The property was not very clean right down to the kitchenware. We clean what we used before use All windows had not been cleaned in some time nor the bedroom area - cobwebs and dust every where Dust around shower as well with the glass walls dirty too Old clothes rack dumped outside as well
