It is a very dated motel which was fine with us. A little basic but more than adequate!

You can’t beat the location! This motel definitely delivered and was great for what our needs were - a comfy place to stay for the night! The staff are very friendly and we are in the restaurant which was very nice.

The deluxe cabin at the back had very poor A/C and not spacious. It does offer a great view with privacy though, so that’s something we enjoyed.

Fantastic location with amazing views. Plenty of wildlife at the stay. Bbq facility, swimming pool are a bonus. Motel is close to town and hikes. The front facing room was great, perfect A/C and clean.

The bathroom was a little dirty, but nothing that was unsafe.

Everything we needed was inside the room. The price was pretty decent and the location was good too.

Our friends from overseas stayed in a room where the alarm went off at midnight. They did not set this alarm!! Also the fridge in their room appeared to make excessive noise.

There had been repairs in the bathroom which looked badly done

We had the budget rooms which were comfortable. Lovely surroundings with Kangaroos on the sprawling lawn at the front of the hotel. Staff very friendly. On-site restaurant was great. Nice atmosphere

Awkward layout of suitcase shelving because it had partially been re jigged for use as a kitchen area! No cooked breakfast on Monday's.

Easy to find entrance. Peaceful surroundings. Staff nice. Dated, but adequate interior.

Outdated furniture and noisy aircon

Very very noisy Aircon, needed attention, disturbed our sleep. Because of the heat it was essential so didn't turn off.

Amazing location and views,right in the forest with the animals. Room comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful despite becoming in an emergency situation, unfortunately we arrived during a catastrophic fire warning, everyone was advised to evacuate the next day.

You have to hold the button on the microwave for it to work, but it doesn’t heat up. You think the door is locked, but it’s not. The door lock didn’t lock, luckily there was a chain as well. You think you have tv but it you only have 4 channels

Value for money in today's market, particularly if just staying overnight. Pool available to use Microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery in room. It is an older style hotel room. So understand that when making booking.

On arrival we booked in for breakfast, but when we arrived to the restaurant in the morning (an hour before end of breakfast) we were told quite coldy that the cook had gone home. The breakfast was $15 and we were offered cereal as an alternative. A shame as the rest of our experience had been so positive.

The room was attractive and comfortable with an amazing view of the mountains. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the cocktails were especially enjoyable. Very convenient location. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

The latch on the door was flimsy and if anyone wanted to enter our room it wouldn’t have taken much force. Upon arrival we couldn’t find where we needed to get the keys from as the plants are blocking the sign. Our room had bugs and bettles in it so some fly spray just in the room would’ve helped. The fridge desperately needs updating as is so loud that it kept waking us up in the night

The view from the pool was beautiful. We were getting in the morning by birds waiting to be hand fed, could see kangaroos from out door also. Beds had electric blankets. The aircon was great too!

Great location with loads of wildlife. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My son fed a kangaroo on our last morning and that was a whole heap of fun. Nice quiet location with great views.
