We ordered door dash and when the food came, the person at the reception didnt advise us and my daughter/husband were out shopping. My daughter requested if the reception can atleast advise us of the food, the person at the reception at that time said its your problem and not mine. It was Saturday 20/9/2025 around 4pm. Would request the management to teach customer service to these students that they hire.

The property was very good, its a quiet and private place and we didnt have to worry about lots of things. As a family we are very happy that we booked with Markers and may recommend to friends and family.

again frying pans will need upgrading and add 2 towels per guest for 2 nights would be good.we only had 2 bath towels and 1 had towel for 2 people for 2 says. didnt want to go to the reception for extra

The Room I booked was for 3 adults. I got 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size and the other one with 2 single. The rooms are of decent size. The unit is complete with everything you'll need, complete kitchen stuff, utensils, Fridge, microwave, toaster and you can even do your laundry. The internet was also good. The Balcony was nice to seat out and just chill. It's adjacent to a grocery store ALDI. It's close to almost everything, a short UBER ride to Flinders, Southbank, Victoria Market etc... The staff were helpful as well. We will definitely stay there again.

There were dirty dishes on the table when I arrived also the place needed to be vacuumed. I told them about it and was told they would schedule a cleaning the next day. It never happened.

The pillows weren’t great and the couch was not comfy.

Lovely sized apartment with separate bathrooms for each bedroom. The parking on the street was convenient. It was very quiet and the balcony was nice. Location was also fantastic. This is the best stay we have going so far in Melbourne and we are here regularly.

The apartment had everything needed for a short stay and was quiet. Check-in was easy and secure parking was available for an extra fee. Handy having an ALDI store downstairs.

Found the couch a little uncomfortable. Dishwasher failed..but was repaired smartly. Washer/dryer had no instructions and clothes came out smelly. I think this was due to lack of maintenance. Had to ask for ice tray, broom, and had no clothes airer. No scissors..amazing how often you need them.

The location was excellent. Staff very friendly but did not know too much about the area. Had a great view. The supplies available (dishwasher tabs..rubbish bags ..coffee and tea.. toilet paper etc) were very good. There is an Aldi just around the corner which also sells sells alcohol, is very handy.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and located in a convenient part of the city. However, the amenities were quite minimal. Since we chose to dine in for most of our stay, we found there were only enough supplies to prepare a single meal. We ended up purchasing additional items from the Aldi next door, as some basic essentials were not provided. Overall, it was a great experience and we would be happy to book again, but we recommend including more amenities for guests, particularly those staying longer term.

For a couple visiting from another country, we didn't have a view except into a solid wall and a gap between buildings. Unless we ventured onto the balcony where we looked into the courtyard and opposite apartments. Would have been nice to see the skyline as in the advertising.

Bed was just a tad too firm for me. The hubby thought it was fine.

Great location, close to Lygon St and Vic market. Spacious and well appointed apartment - perfect for a couple of nights. Parking is super convenient. Will definitely be staying again.
