The bar had run out of Bombay gin

The location was the main priority, and we had stayed there previously in 2012. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the hotel had adequate parking facilities. The two bedroom apartment suited our group. The hotel will always be our first choice

Parking was a bit tricky.

Everything! It was very homey, and the staff were very kind and helpful :) It is a great location in which I could explore and sight see quite easily and had all amenities close at hand. Very happy to return to this hotel.

The breakfast was pretty poor given the cost. Almost everything had run out when we got there just before 9am, and we had to ask for each individual item to be replenished. Quality of the food was pretty average as well. The place is on a busy road, altho our room was set back a bit so that wasn’t a problem for us thankfully.

The family 2 room apartment was perfect for our family of four. Super spacious, laundry facilities in the room, everything we needed (except a bread knife would’ve been good). Beds were very comfy and nice that it was serviced. Located very close to waterfront which was great. Plenty of parking although it is charged.

Parking was a bit difficult depending on the time of day, even though we had paid for a carpark. We used the overflow carpark, assuming that there is enough for everyone who pays then it's okay.

Great service, very clean, friendly staff, most comfortable beds, fantastic meals in the restaurant, great location, and so handy to have the bar and restaurant with the accommodation.

Great location. Sky Bus to the airport is right out the front. This was the second time that I had stayed at this hotel. We had a couple of minor issues and the staff were open to helping resolve them.

Location was fantastic. Easy access to everything. Breakfast great value. Had several meals in Stockman's & very impressed with the food, menu & staff. Reception staff outstanding as was housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble.

There really was not anything to complain about. The restaurant food did vary in quality.

The location could not have been better. Room clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff very friendly. Very happy to have stayed there.

Loved our spacious room, comfy bed, natural light, awesome view from 10th floor, comfy couch to watch a movie with delicious room service. The spa was amazing too. All staff were accommodating, helpful and so friendly. Our lovely cleaner had a smile on her face each day, such a great team. Highly recommend 👌

Breakfast, hot food in the buffet needed to be refreshed on a more regular basis.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location to waterfront was a 5 minute walk . Highly recommend a stay here while in Tassie.

1 - The television in the room was a standard free-to-air TV - I would have thought that the television for this class of hotel would have been a smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube etc, considering the free internet was very good - was very surprised that not You-Tube/Netflix/streaming type access not available on it.

Room 228 located on 2nd floor Our room initially came with king size bed, but I requested via email 2 single beds. the hotel kindly gave us 2 x king size beds. Bar fridge and cupboards were well stocked, if not a bit expensive if used.
