the room/air con had a very mouldy smell, stale. Tap to spa bath broken. just a little general maintenance needed

The lifts weren’t working the whole duration of our stay, and was difficult travelling with my elderly mother. Wish we were told prior.

A couple of detractions were that the tvs did not always work and the 6 am rubbish collections certainly are loud enough to wake the dead in the Riverview rooms (extra cost for the service too ).

The location on Hastings Street is excellent. The rooms are well sized and staff are very hospitable.

The renovation on the lift during our stay - we were not made aware that there would be noise during our visit. Very disappointing.

Only one complaint the humidity in the air was next level and our room was wet. It became an issue when all our clothes became damp and wet. Not sure how you over come the issue. But its still a great venue and great position

Noosa is a favourite, so everthing is good to me. Restaurants, cafes all quality and easy to find. Plenty to do or nothing if thats your thing.

Enjoyed quick and easy access to the beach, hiking trails, shopping and restaurants. Large hotel room and deck.

We had a room near garbage pickup, which was quite noisy every morning.

Location was ideal, close to beach, Weyba inlet, hiking and shopping. Resort also had beautiful small bathing pools throughout. Room was a very good size and well-appointed.

Rooms are very tired - look and feel not what I expected. The bathroom needs a deep clean - areas of grout and shower door hinges black. Pool area very small and not maximising available space well. Pool service with light snacks other than crisps would be great. Other guests reserving seats and not arriving for hours unfair to other guests.

Fantastic location. Very friendly helpful staff. Great quiet room. Pool side drink service was brilliant.

There seemed to be a lot of guests who had taken 2 car spaces when not supposed to so when we went out in our car for the day it was often hard to get a car park when we came back.

Not as clean as it usually is. Floor rug was very dirty and we had a toddler who would crawl on it. Also the pots pans and utensils were very cheap and not enough there for use if needed.

Renovations are an inconvenience when getting to and from room especially when you have a baby and pram. Pool area is very small and fills up too quickly when hotel is full and has too much shade during the afternoon

Construction wasn’t too bad but meant long walks back to unit and kids pool was closed. The decor is a bit dated but sizable room for us was ideal.
