It’s location and the room was large

Unfortunately some of the lights did not work which meant that you couldnt find things in the bedroom or read a book both in bed or on the lounge. I didn't want to call maintenance in the evening because there was a possibility of fees. Everything else was great

Was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Being in the penthouse was a nice treat for the children. Beds were super comfy. Nice open apartment. I wish we stayed for 2 nights.

I had no access to my phone when I arrived. Reception was closed, australia day, so it was only because I met another guest that I managed to get in. The balcony was shared with other rooms and there were no proper curtains only nets Otherwise room was good and staff were friendly

There was air conditioning only in the living area, and just fans in the bedrooms.

Not deal-breakers, but not having a frying pan (there was apparently supposed to be one) made cooking our bacon & eggs in saucepans a bit messy. Couldn’t control the air conditioner temperature. But we still had a very comfortable stay.

Well-priced hotel in a great location in the centre of town, and with free parking. The staff were very friendly and checkin was easy. I chose this place because of the mini kitchen - great for wine, beer and nibbles and for cooking breakfast.

We had a excellent stay as we had a problem with our room and with no problems they swapped us to another room. Excellent service from everyone and close to the restaurants and the cbd area.

No aircons in the bedrooms, only in the main area. 2/3 of the fan remote batteries were not working. The couches are due for replacement as the plether looked scabby. Wish they had an information booklet in the apartment showcasing things to do and eat around Towoomba.

I liked the apartment, spacious, very convenient and close to food shops as well as shopping centre. Clean facility and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay

My kids were looking forward to the pool, but the water was freezing cold and there is no shade there.

Maintenance could be improved. The carpet was stained and the frig in our room didn't work properly because it was iced up and it was hard to place items in it - it needed defrosting.

Central location. We could walk to many interesting places in Toowoomba. Under cover parking in the basement was very handy.

After the first night we went to reception and asked for extra pillows we were told they 'should' be in the rooms - and after pleasantly advising that was not the case was told sorry there was no other spare ones available.

The rooms are well appointed and the location is great.

No negatives to report. Maybe a bit more scrubbing around the shower tracks, that’s all.

My only complaint is that it was not short person friendly. I had to get reception to get the kettle down because i could not reach it.

It was clean and inviting. Close to grand central shopping centre. The surroundings were pretty and had lots to do and look at.
