Always love the resort and it's amenities..... Room was on a great floor didn't even mind the sideview but some of the furniture is getting worn

Carpet was threadbare, outside spa didn't work and was informed it hadn't worked for about a year. Bathrooms.could use a renovation. Also there is no poolside cafe or bar.

The double bed in the third bedroom was horrible. Uncomfortable. If one is in the bed that would work. But sharing the bed was terrible. The mattress moves to the point that it’s like sleeping on jelly. And the mattress is so worn you roll into the middle. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the lounge room. The car parking is a let down. But the hardest part is the directions. You need to have clearer directions on where everything is.

The size if our three bedroom apartment was fantastic for our large group.

The bathroom tiles need cleaning or updating slightly area of them were black. The frying pan on the kitchen needed replacing. Some more kitchen ware would have been great.

The apartment is a bit tired , the tv was very small, no tvs in the rooms, we had to get an internet box from reception because the room had no internet.

Only very minor negatives and WOULDN'T stop me from staying there again , Appliances could have done with an upgrade. Just trying to open and close the dishwasher was a maission, we choose not to use it so it didnt break anymore then what it already was. Coffee mugs/cups were very small in size and we all need that very important cup of coffee first thing in the morning to tackle the days. There was a great place in the master bedroom in the wardrobe to put a suitcase on except you couldnt get full access to it due to the sliding doors and you werent allowed to move the furniture. Water would leak onto the floor when having a shower in the hotel master shower due to the placement of the shower door and the rest of the shower screen but thats a design fault not so much the hotels fault. The couches armrest were very uncomfitable when leaning up against it due to little padding.

Love the use of the pool and pool facilities. All were easy to find. We also loved how close everything was to the resort in walking distance. Floor layout was great for a little family of 4, great room for the kids. Great entrance and appeal when first driving into the car park made you feel like a super star. Rooms and floor layout was very roomy and spacious. Great size dinning table.

The lagoon pool was a huge success with our Grand children. Our ocean view appartment had wonderful views and our balcony was well used by us. The location was spot on to the beach and shops.

Foyer smells bad. Indoor pool was closed, sauna located in toilets which meant couldn’t sit with wife (and toilet view not greatest), and spa jets did not work. Communal facilities need a bit of TLC

Having to leave a $300 bond this was not mentioned at all and ate into our budget even though it was returned a week later it left us strapped for cash while we were on holiday as we didn’t budget for it. Also we’re not told the indoor pool would be closed for renovation. Had we have known that we might have booked elsewhere.
