We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere were a lot of warnings and notices posted within the room saying don't do this, that or the other or you will be fined a certain amount. Made it feel a bit uncomfortable, like we were school children and not paying guests.

United KingdomThe bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the bed wasn’t very comfy, but not bad at all for the price we paid.
The inn was easy to find and a good base for exploring Philip Island. The room was as described and had everything we needed. It’s a little bit of a walk to the shops and restaurants in Cowes but it’s along the seafront most of the way which was lovely. We loved Philip island!

AustraliaThe bar fridge in room was so noisy, it actually sounded like someone using the toilet next door all night. Not much soundproofing between rooms which all share walls. The bed whilst being awesomely huge was also really uncomfortable, both woke with sore backs.
It was very clean, and in a great location with walking distance to main Cowes shops and cafes. The spa in room = fantastic.
