Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Would be good to have fly screen door onto the balcony.
The apartment overlooked the pool, and was close to Noosaville shops, river side restaurants and shops.

Fabulous room to stay with friends. Loved the kitchen. Loved the pool. Loved the assistance and system the hotel had for us checking in late - great easy to follow instructions.

The apartment was quite big and had lots of facilities and space. There were large windows for plenty of daylight which felt nice during the time we were still in the apartment. The pool area was super relaxing as well with plenty of space.

We couldn't really fault anything, the apartment was great.
Great place to stay for a short break. The location was perfect and Jenny was a great host! The one bedroom apartment was large and came with some great amenities like the aircon throughout the property, wash machine and dryer plus the pool was a great addition in the heat we had. Overall we had a lovely stay and will be back.

Well appointed, spacious, very clean and easy to make yourself at home. Appreciated the air conditioning being on for our arrival on a hot and humid day. Easy to walk to cafes, the river and nearby shops. Very quiet and pleasant outlook onto greenery.

Everything was great but would have been nice to have a smart TV in the bedroom! No big deal though just thought I'd give it a mention.
Amazing stay, staff was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. Really convenient parking and access to our room. All the amenities were great, it was such a nice cosy stay that felt like home. Thank you so much for having us!

The apartment was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen, bathrooms and flooring seemed to have undergone a recent renovation. The gardens are beautiful and very tropical and our kids loved the pool! We’ve stayed now 3 times at this resort and will be back.

The property and the hosts were so lovely. The room itself was huge, we ended up having 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom between us. The pool area was very nice and never too busy even though Noosa was so busy. Jenny was so helpful and we were able to check in early which saved us being out in the rain all day. The resort is super close to the bus stop (about 5-10 mins to Noosa heads) but you can also walk to loads of restaurants and the supermarket. Had really nice time, would 100% come back here! Thanks so much

We had children 12 and under and some of the residents were not happy with the noise in the pool. Our kids were pretty well behaved and given it is a holiday complex I was surprised by how grumpy a couple of the residents were when the kids were in the pool.
Location was great, close to the Noosa river and a small bus trip into Hastings street.
