Room was very clean, had everything we needed. When the girls came to re do the room the second day, they were so accommodating as I had a zoom meeting and they got extras in to get it done quickly so I could jump online, they didn't have to do it but were so kind. Also the windscreen of car was cleaned each morning- that made my day!

Room is super clean, and the staff are extremely accomdating. The pool and spa are so clean. The restuarant is nice, food is always lovely and the staff are accomadting to our dietary needs.

Australia3 Reviews“Visited for a specific professional purpose and the stay at the Gateway offered everything I needed.”Our room was a Balcony room and it faced the main road through town. Simply way too noisy and I could not stay at the site again if a room in that area was offered to me or was the only option available. I don't know what the solution is but at the present time a reasonable night's sleep on that side of the complex is impossible as far as I am concerned.
Great staff. Terrific food. All facilities very useful and made the stay quite enjoyable. The car park is roomy and accessible and is a real asset to the site. Your people are efficient and extremely good at what they do. Having our windscreen cleaned was a nice touch.

The room was spacious so we didn't feel cramped. The building layout was great so that all rooms could oversee the pool and spa. The outdoor facilities were very well planned for comfort.

Unfortunately, the service in the restaurant was quite poor when I was required to get up to alert them of our needs on several occasions.
We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it. It is very clean and a nice spacious room with an excellent restaurant.

Many 5 Star hotels could learn a thing or two from this hotel. By far the best regional hotel we have ever been to.
