Cooking facilities (pots, pans etc) were tired and in need of replacement. Quite ordinary.

Good location. Good apartment design. Good TV. Balcony with a view of the water is great. Off street parking. Generally comfortable. Two bathrooms + 2 bedrooms is a bonus.

The people who live in room 4 were so rude. We weren’t even aloud to make a sound by the pool as they constantly came out and questioned if we were meant to be staying here and it ruined the stay.

Black scuff marks/dents all over walls along with black water splash back from mopping. Place was very dusty and we were greeted on arrival with old toenails on the left beside lamp and a freezer burnt maxibon from a previous dwellers stay

We were supposed to be in Waterline which had a pool. However when we checked in we were put in North Shore, which has no pool. We were told that we could not access the Waterline pool. A space for a gym would also have been good.

Kettle was dirty, and had a broken handle, floors were dirty, they looked clean but after walking around the apartment with bare feet , my feet were very dirty, floors needed a good vacuum and mop. We found a vape pipe between the cushions on the lounge.

Loved the Location, the views of the lake were beautiful, easily accessible walking path around the lake. We liked the outdoor patio area.

Floors were dirty although they had been “mopped”, it turned our feet brown within 10 minutes of walking on the tiles. The floor of the shower was visibly dirty as well. The pillows were very uncomfortable and thick.

The bleach smell was a bit overpowering when I first walked in but it went after the room was aired out. The bed is a bit hard too.

Quality of housekeeping was disgusting. The unit smelled like a pool plant room and the bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Despite the smell of bleach, there was long hair throughout the apartment.

Walls aren’t very soundproofed - especially when there is a young child in the adjoining unit who screeched a lot. Thankfully said child was only there 1 day.

First off they changed our 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom and didn’t advise us of the changes. Then didn’t have availability to make any changes except to send us to another complex 5 minutes away ( after we spend one night in the 1 bedroom they had organised). After persisting, and them telling us there was nothing else available, we were finally given a 2 bed apartment in an adjoining building. Upon entry the apartment had a bad smell from the drainage system. We resolved this by buying disinfectant. The location was quite near a major hospital and our nights were filled with the sounds of sirens and helicopters coming in to land and take off. Won’t be booking with that company again.

The walls were paper thin, so you could hear everything from all the surrounding apartments. The free wifi was non-existent. It was advertised as having a kitchen, which in reality was only a microwave. The reception staff were rude and made no effort to resolve the wifi problems. It was truly horrible and noisy.

Cleanliness there was mould on the refrigerator handle. There was mould on the broken extraction fan in the bathroom. The doona had pee like stains all over it and when we pulled the sheets back there was two bugs in the bed.

Unit was not cleaned prior to arrival. Dirty floors, bathroom and kitchen counters. Never saw any staff to assist with any questions during stay. Bed was a fold down Murphy bed, not comfortable for a long term stay.
