The fitness centre, gym and steam room were supposed to be unavailable for approximately eight weeks and eleven weeks later when we stayed was still available. It would have been helpful if washing power was available (for purchase) in laundry.

The views were fantastic. The Cooper Spoon Thai restaurant was of a high standard and the singer was very good. Lifts work well. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Pool and spa were clean and comfortable. Parking undercover and at back of resort was satisfactory.

Unfortunately we were in the bottom unit over the restaurant which was extremely noisy. People talking and dragging of chairs for 3 hours a night and a lot of street noise. If you are lucky enough to have a room on an upper level then you will enjoy. Very little sleep. Check you are away from the restaurant otherwise very good. However the reception staff need to show more understanding. Went away very tired and annoyed.

Everything was there and within walking distance. Excellent availability to TV channels, wifi and laundry. Very clean.

Unfortunately the spa had a an issue that meant water leaked out from under sink and we couldn’t use it. Disappointed that no alternative or discount was offered. Rooms are lovely but getting old.

We had trouble adjusting the air conditioning. There was not enough information about how to adjust it. We had a very cold night on the first night. We complained to the reception the next day. They sent up someone to fix it. But he told us the air conditioning did not work. Then an air conditioner mechanic came for a routine check. We told him the problem and he fixed it for us.

Parking spaces very small and not enough, you have to use overflow carpark or park in the street.

Liked the location, beach views and pool excellent and very relaxing. A couple of cafes and dining options in close walking distance.

Wasn't very clean, oven had a pool of oil in it, lacked basic items that could've been useful. Beds uncomfortable. Some parts of the building weren't open (games room) or need some updating (gym).

As always the Staff are amazing, Kind, Respectful, Funny, Knowledgeable. Jacob, Marry, All the front office staff simply excellent customer service. The Cleaning Staff also deserve Praise for all the Hard work of Cleaning and Presentation of the rooms. The apartment felt a little run down but it was comfortable. There was unfortunately renovations in the apartment below us with drilling and hammering during the day.

The position is excellent and the views stunning. The staff were very nice
