There was insufficient parking for an allocated parking space. The room floors were sticky with cleaning product residue.

Good views from the balcony over Golden Beach. The room had all the facilities we required and there were good restaurants close by. The road at the front of the property was a quiet local street.

Room request not fulfilled. Requested a walk in shower, room had shower over spa bath. Not elderly client friendly. Parking limited and difficult.

Everything was great; due to location of room on a walkway meant it was a little noisy when neighbours closed their doors early in the morning.

The view across Golden Beach to Caloundra was beautiful. The room had a large balcony and a good sized living area. The bathroom was spacious with a spa tub and over bath shower. Kitchen facilities were adequate for 2 nights but a little small; we were aware that it was a kitchenette, although a coffee pod machine would have been great. Decent sized fridge, kettle, toaster and hotplate made breakfast easy.

I agreed to attend the presentation which really had great offer and would love to do in the future. But they were quite pushy, to the point that it got unpleasant. I do understand sales is the job. Appreciated the voucher and wine though (:

Modern, beautiful view from the room and it’s fully equipped! Lovely staff, lots of perks as a guest as hotel is affiliated with many tours and spots in the area.

The luggage trolleys were located on mezzanine floor. Difficult to manoeuvre past people using pushbikes and people going to the loo in the corridor where the ramp is situated.

The mattress in my room was too firm for my liking. The undercover secure parking isn’t allocated - when I checked in the reception staff said that sometimes people park 2 cars down there but they’re not meant to. There is “overflow” parking at the back of the building which isn’t secure. I came home after dinner both nights and there were no undercover parks left, resulting in me having to park outside. As a paying guest I didn’t appreciate having to park outdoors and walk back in the dark as a single female, I didn’t feel particularly safe. If you can’t get people to do the right thing with the secure parking, then it should be allocated bays to make it fair.

Customer service was excellent - staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great location. Room was quite dated but well maintained and cleaning standards were excellent.

Fridge didn’t shut properly but in no way detracted from our stay. We forgot to me tion it to reception.

Location was family friendly. The room was large enough for 3 adults and two older teenagers. The view was nice from our balcony.

Just a personal opinion, but the bed was very hard and only a large double in size. I think the room could accommodate a larger (softer) bed.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Fabulous view, great location. Lots of facilities available. Close proximity to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Loved it and will definitely stay here again.

The bed was uncomfortable, too short and too firm. The room had a musty smell and fixtures needed a refresh. Towels were stained but we complained and they got exchanged. Pool was crowded and too small for the hotel's size.

Room was large and well furnished. Great view of the beach and water on a high level floor. Hotel is in a quiet location and away from noisy traffic.

The room had a stale mouldy like smell. We managed to identify that it was coming from the air conditioning.

The air conditioning had a damp smell. It may have been because of the rain in the area, or maybe it just needs a service. It the end it was fine, because the location is right on the beach so we just turned it off and were cooled by the amazing sea breeze.

The view was lovely, the location was quiet, the facilities were great! Great spot for sure. Lovely sea breeze, great kitchen and bathroom. Modern and renovated room. Wish there was a king bed, but queen was ok.

The swimming pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. We stayed during off peak period and while there were enough sunbeds, the pool itself was crowded with a couple of young families and their kids. Wish more hotels offered a separate kids pool so child free adults can enjoy the facilities also.

The resort is super clean and the rooms surprisingly big! The beds are very comfy. Great location, close to cafes and IGA. The sunset views are superb! The resort offers good facilities, including a small games room and pool and a tennis court.
