It was not clear that this was an air bnb when booked. Tiled floors are ok for summer, not winter. No TV in room. Have to drive to restaurants.

The house was comfortable and warm. Easy parking. Rooms were spacious and private with a nice view. Downstairs had an excellent kitchen dining area.

The room was large and passed all expectation of me being so fussy with cleanliness. The hostess Celina was super lovely and helpful and I will be booking accommodation here again next year for sure.

All rooms have scented oil reed diffusers, but smell is subjected. It may be too overpowering.

Separate bedrooms with ensuite toilets. Could use the laundry facilities. Came with simple breakfast to eat before leaving the house.

The ocean view from the top floor balcony was stunning, staff easy going, super friendly and very accommodating! I would recommend to people in know, i have stayed here 2 times in the same room and its up to standard with cleanliness. A tv would of been a nice touch though.

Sharing the common areas of the dinning and kitchen areas with the owner and there guests and other paying guests was unexpected and slightly uncomfortable. The notices displayed that it’s a family home and having respect seemed ironic when there was a camera staring at us when in the kitchen.

The price for four nights in relation to others in the same location was competitive. Cost made our decision especially that it advertised it came with breakfast.

Celina is the host at Sunny Retreat. You could not wish to meet a kinder or more gentle person. She welcomed us personally and explained how everything works. Room was WAY ABOVE exoectations. More like a 5* boutique hotel. Towels and bed linen were top class. The whole property is spotlessly clean. Breakfast could have a better selection but overall this did not detract from our stay.

Tea towel was obviously used the night before for a casserole and was food stained. Found the milk and some cereal. There was no bread to toast so guessed I needed to bring some of my own eg. bread and yoghurt. I was expecting a wider range for continental breakfast as was included in the accommodation details.

Facility was very clean and well presented. Celine was helpful with the booking in process re passwords etc. and allowed me to park my car off the street. A challenge to book in so late as had travelled from Bunbury and needed to be at a function some 20 minutes away by 4.30

No tv in A room your paying that sort money a night to be expected to sit in the house in lounge room with no privacy a tat disappointed and the room we had was bang on to another room little close I get they maximum the availability but think you get far more return booking with less

It was a basically a contenetal breakfast and yes the breakfast was toast cereals coffee tea bit fruit and $240 dollaar a night and have to wash your own dishes is a bit howyou going .i feel

The house was beautiful and the host (Celina) was very friendly and took time to ensure I was made aware of everything around the property. My room was nice, clean & organized. The bathroom had a nice & powerful shower, which I always appreciate when away from home.
