At 3 pm fun and games were soooo loud it was hard to sit at the pool on the other side of the restaurant where we were which was away from the activities. Don't think we need the booming bass. Cut our time short and we left for the day.

Room Type - Premium was great as we were on the first floor with table outside facing the Waterfall. Room was clean, bed was a little uncomfortable, and pillows a bit meh. Overall, really liked the room. Satisfied with the resort. BTW resort was split in two with Cabana being the other resort which you walk through to get to the beach. It seemed a bit nicer with larger public areas and more restaurants.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like!

Fantastic pools, nice walk to the beach, and a great happy hour! The room was nice and spacious and housekeeping did a wonderful job, amazing staff! The whole resort was exceptionally clean.

Wish we had a washer and dryer in unit Wish there was entertainment by the family pool- all Activities and music was by adult only pool.

Not really sure what can be emphasized as something we did not like. In general, except for the late check-in (we already knew about), everything else was exactly what we thought it was going to be. The hotel is not the newest one, but the maintenance is there.

Facilities were in line with our expectations. That one pool with that water slide provided all needed happiness to our two kids. In addition, breakfast came with an acceptable variety. The gym is small but sufficient for a proper exercise session. The beach is really near by, and in case one does not feel like walking, there is a cart waiting to take you there. All in all, very good. And while the hotel itself might not deserve 9 as a score, the value for money it provides clearly does.

Smell in the garden sometimes I didn’t like the lobby you can’t sit we had to wait a long time for our rooms to arrange the payment ect. And my mom and kids couldn’t sit relax waiting for us

It seems that at late night hours their were a lot of cars racing up and down the road between your property and the Super Market.

Very noisy waterfall at the pool that was a bit annoying when you wanted to sit outside in the evening. Aircon was very noisy. One of the beds made lots of noise at any movement. Could be nice with some options to hang clothes for drying. No basic staples like salt or sugar in the kitchen.

Great location! Close to beach and grocery store. Nice pool area with lots of space. Spacious rooms with good and friendly housekeeping.

The only negative was that kids weren’t allowed in the hot tubs. It gets a tiny bit chilly at night sometimes and would’ve been great if the kids could use one of the hot tubs or at least use it with adult supervision.

The property was in great shape, had three pools that were each fun and different. The staff was excellent, and the property was in a central location, near the beach and a supermarket.

There are no condiments at all if you want to cook in your room. The king size bed was nice but the mattress was a little hard for my liking . Room was not vacuumed on a daily basis and floors would get sandy from beach sand and we kept running out of towels. If you want to get a cupola and chairs you better be prepared to get up early early in the morning to get one.

The pools were clean and beautiful .The staff working the front desk were very helpful and polite. The hotel is very quiet and centrally located on the Island.

Mosquitoes. They were everywhere. There seemed to be a towel shortage. Aruba can be humid so our towels weren’t drying well between uses each day. The kitchen needs more pots/pans to cook. We had to request an extra pan we only had one.

It was simple to get around with a rental car. Quiet enough when I didn’t want to be in the middle of party central.

Was a little expensive for one night but great area

I asked for the bottom floor and I got actually the floor I was looking for. Close to everything it was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating even gave us an early check in.

The constant music, especially the bass bumping sound. Happy hour 4-8. But most of day if band not playing Tony pizza playing songs with lots of heartbeat bass. From a distance you can still hear that bass. We weren’t right across from that area thankfully because I read reviews and requested not near the band. That is an absolute must if you want to read and have some peace.- or unless you’re a college kid. Or party person. Next everyday people got up crack of dawn to save seats under Palapas by waterfall pool so that most of the time only a few people in the facility had shade by the nice pool. (But my husband loved the water slide) . And the free access to shade at beach was even crazier. People get there at 4:00 am and by 6 am all used. There are still free chairs. Fortunately from 4-7 pm many people leave and then there are places to sit to watch the beautiful sunset.

Three very pretty pools (but cold). Good price to be not very far from the beach. Easy access walking thru lobby of other property closer to beach. Staff friendly. Room adequate . Clean. Comfortable . Tony pizza there on property has good burgers and pizza and breakfast. Las Ramblas restaurant was delicious for a special meal Outside near beach.

I think that the rooms have become dated and worned down. The sofas have stains, the cushions are out of shape and you sink into the sofa. Sheets changed ever 4 the day. And kitchen utensils stocked low.
