I chose Centric Baku Boutique hotel for a short stay in Baku, based on long-term good references and I did not regret it. On the one hand, a wonderful location in the center of all city life, at the same time quiet. But on the other hand, it's all about the people, and they do it best. Together with my family, thank you dear Aygün, Ali, Elcan and Zubeyde hanum and the driver Shahin. We felt like we were visiting friends.

Excellent stay at Centric Hotel Baku! The location is perfect, close to major attractions and easy to get around the city. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, making the stay relaxing. A special thanks to Aygun, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always attentive to guests’ needs. The night staff, both on weekdays and weekends, were also very helpful and friendly. The baklava offered as a welcome treat was delicious and a lovely touch. Great service and a very pleasant experience overall , highly recommended!

The communication was really good and fast. Aygun is a great host und helps you with transfer and everything. The reception is available 24 hours. The room is big and clean. The location is the best. Everything is walkable and just around the corner. I can highly recommend the hotel.

I recently stayed at Centric Baku Boutique Hotel and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel’s location is simply perfect - right in the heart of Baku’s city center, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The Old City is just a short stroll away, and within five minutes you can reach the beautiful sea promenade, ideal for evening walks or morning views of the Caspian. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The attention to detail in both cleanliness and comfort made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, ensuring a great night’s rest after busy days of sightseeing. What truly sets Centric Baku Boutique Hotel apart is its wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Aigun and Elzhan, their support and kindness made me feel genuinely cared for, whether it was offering local tips or assisting with small requests.

The drilling noise every morning was a bit of a nuisance but can be understood given that the hotel is in an apartment building.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the landmarks and restaurants. The staff was amazing as well. Shout-out to Eljan went out of his way to help us check-in and check-out.

Excellent location and friendly staff The hotel is perfectly located in the center, close to shops, restaurants, and all main amenities. The personnel were very helpful and always smiling, which made the stay very comfortable. A great choice for anyone visiting Azerbaijan. Highly recommended!

The only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not working. While it didn’t completely affect the quality of our visit, it was a bit inconvenient—especially when carrying luggage or returning after a long day out. We hope this is something the hotel can fix soon, as it would make the guest experience even better.

Our stay at Centric Baku Boutique hotel was absolutely wonderful. One of the highlights of the hotel is its fantastic location. Being right in the heart of Baku made it easy to explore the city’s major attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. Despite being centrally located, the hotel felt peaceful and quiet at night.👍 From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Cabs dont come to doorstep

Stayed at Centric Baku in Old Baku — perfect little boutique tucked right in the heart of the old city. Steps away from the promenade, cafés, and all the heritage spots that make Baku special. Rooms were clean, cozy, and well kept, with that charming old-world feel. The staff was warm and genuinely helpful — special mention to Aygun, who went out of her way to make the stay smooth. A lovely mix of location, comfort, and character.

Location was perfect! In a nice building. So helpful reception. He came to the car park to help us with the luggage and walk us to the hotel as weekend the road were closed. so parking near outside the hotel was not possible.
