Breakfast was the same every day and had no options to choose from, there also was no coffee. The hotel itself is oldish. No lift and there are two staircases to climb before you get to the reception. Problems with hot water and had to take a cold shower twice.

Stairs and no lift - with luggage's and stroller, this would be a bit of a discomfort. During the first day of our stay, we had no hot water - this was fixed the next day. The draining system in the shower needs cleaning and regular maintenance.

you have to go up some stairs to get to the hotel, but the staff are very sweet and run down if they see you to help you with your suitcase

great location, slightly out of the main tourist area, but walking distance from everything. Staff were amazing, especially Pari, who was so thoughtful and helped me get a taxi to the aiport on his app at 6 AM in the morning. Staff are always ready to help and speak good English. Good sized rooms, clean and excellent location across the street from one of the best restaurants in Baku called Agabala.

I booked a room with a balcony but when I arrived I was told there wasn't one. Also the booking said tea making facilities in the room but this wasn't true. The safety deposit box in the room didn't work.

The pick and drop which was charged after vomiting 14$ as per the booking .com the manager at the end asked for 25$ which was paid but we got Uber van which charged us 14 manat

I think the cleaning service should be done on a daily basis instead of asking the reception desk to send someone to clean everyday.

I had made a confirmed reservation at this hotel weeks in advance, but when I arrived at the reception desk, they claimed that all rooms were fully booked and acted as if my reservation never existed. This was an absolute nightmare and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel to avoid experiencing the same disappointment and frustration I went through. No one should have to deal with being left without a room after making a confirmed reservation. If you absolutely must book with them, call the day before to confirm your reservation still exists - though I wouldn't recommend taking that risk at all.

Apart from location, there is nothing good about this hotel. I lost USD 100 from room. It happened within a few minutes when I went to speak to receptionist desk which was a little bit ahead from my room . When I asked them to review CCTV . They denied me to show the footage. The door lock was broken. No good breakfast. Two single bed were put together to make a double bed. The worst hotel I have ever experience in my life.

Very good location of the hotel, close to the promenade, Crescent Mall, airport shuttle and other city buses that can take you anywhere in the town and outside ( you need a bus/metro card). We asked for a quiet room and it was quiet. The room itself is not spacious but well designed, hence comfortable. There was no problem with earlier check -in. Delicious breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00. Bonus - very kind and helpful reception.Thanks a lot🌹
