Frankly, the person in charge of the apartment is a kind and well-mannered person. He deals with you like a brother. He does not care about money, but rather about the comfort of the tenant and resident. Thank you to him. Any request we ask of him, he fulfills it with happiness and laughter. I recommend this residence. I stayed for three nights.

It would have been great to have basic toiletries - essentials - in the bathroom.

The location was ideal as it was within walking distance to the bus. It also had easy access to shops and other shopping facilities. Parviz was very knowledgeable about what a visitor to COP would need and made my visit easier. I forgot my adaptor and he was able to offer me one. He also made me aware of fellow Kenyans staying in the same location and connected me to them

Nothing really to dislike but we checked in very late in the night. There was water issue when we checked in. We were told by caretaker that the area sometimes has water pressure issues in the night time. The caretaker gave us a bucket to store water for the night use. Morning all was good with high pressure hot n cold water. The location shared was perfect n reached us with ease to the property. They have a menu card for a restaurant which u can use to order food. We actually reached baku late night n were to travel the next morning to sheki. We had booked a stay in the city by the name of city land baku which was cancelled by the hotel at the last minute. We learned about it only upon reaching the hotel. So searched online n found this place which was cheap n moreover on our route to sheki. Booked it and instantly got a WhatsApp text from owner/ manager confirming our booking and the location. We reached the location around 11.30 in the night and the caretaker was waiting outside the gate to receive us which was such a relief considering the bad experience at hotel city land baku. This place is not in central baku so you will need taxis if u want to reach the happening places but definitely very cheap and secure with enuff parking space so u can consider it for long stays or a short night stay like ours

It's a private gated property with a big parking space so it is very secure especially for your rented car 2 rooms unit with a large drawing cum kitchen. AC in drawing and also in one of the bedrooms. One toilet. Newly painted so clean.

It's a newly renovated apartment building. Very clean, and comfortable! It had everything we needed. There's a small lovely garden. The host is such a kind and helpful person. He was really caring and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. The apartment is not too far out of the main old town. It's easy to get a bolt or taxi to take you anywhere.

The sun comes into bedroom very strongly in the morning as the dark curtains are not long enough then it also gets quite hot (in August at least). The freezer needs defrosting too! There is no fan either in this bedroom. Adding one would be a good idea

A small graden

Its an amazing ampartment. Located in a quiet area It feels like you are at home. All the necessary facilities are there like fridge, television, air conditioning, stove, washing machine. There is a supermarket nearby and the city center is also not far away.

To be honest the facility is not a star one. I found the beds less comfortable. Overall it’s a value for money

Located in calm quiet neighborhood yet closer to commercial area i.e. just 10 min walk away. Property is good value for money. Very organized owner, very attentive to your needs and gives you access and separate keys.

Most uncomfortable beds. You can feel every spring in every mattress. AC only in the living area. One of the bedrooms has a noisy floor standing fan only. Other bedroom, not even a fan. We asked for a fan for the other bedroom, which was not provided. As a result, all of us had to pull up the mattress to the living area to sleep. Some crucial bathroom fittings are missing.. 1 of the 2 mornings, no hot water. Very uncomfortable stay.
