A minor downside is that the room was a bit noisy, street sounds were quite noticeable, especially at night, which could disturb your sleep. There were also some stains on the carpet, which slightly detracted from the otherwise luxurious feel. Still, I would absolutely return here. The positives far outweigh the small negatives. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience Baku in comfort and style.

My stay at the Dinamo Hotel Baku was truly wonderful. The room was spacious and luxurious, with over 60 m² of comfort and style, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The bathroom was a real highlight: very spacious, with a separate toilet and shower. The large rain shower was incredibly genereus, easily big enough for eight People, giving a real spa-like experience. The location of the hotel is ideal: centrally located, within walking distance of the charming Old Town and the lively boulevard. For F1 fans, it’s a bonus that the circuit is also nearby. I also used the spa, hammam, and massage facilities, what an experience! The staff were highly professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Truly deserving of compliments! Special praise for Elgun, who is a real asset to the hotel. He’s always available to take you anywhere or pick you up, and he truly takes care of everything. Thanks to him, both the airport pickup and return were perfectly arrange. Sightseeing Baku, contact Elgun! What really made the stay complete was the overall staff: warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I felt immediately at home and well taken care of.

AC was very weak. In hot day it takes hours to cool a room. There were maintenance problems with coffee machine and bath tube. They were fixed after I called, but I would expect that to work in 5-stars hotel, without a need for guest to discover and report maintenance problems.

Excellent location. Big size of rooms. Friendly staff. After I reported about bath tube problems, they upgraded us to suite, so it was good.

The window in my room didn’t seal properly which meant I heard traffic noise for most of the night. Azerbaijani drivers love to use their horn… I’m sure this can be resolved with a little maintenance

The soundtrack on loop got a bit annoying.

Really nice spa and pool, hardly used when we stayed so we had it to ourselves. Staff really helpful and available. Breakfast was fine but not special, it was worth ordering freshly made omelettes etc. Room was spacious and comfortable, well equipped, automations for opening the curtains / adjusting lights etc.

Shiny marble floor tiles became very slippy when wet. My partner slipped coming down the steps from the Jacuzzi to the pool, and hurt herself quite badly. Some severe bruising and a very sore foot unfortunately tainted our holiday due to not being able to walk about comfortably after this.

Great Location, within the GP Circuit area, and close to the Caspian Sea boardwalk on the sea front. Lovely clean, well equipped hotel.

We had the reservation for 2 days, but when arrived, in reception sed, than they do not have the free rooms, and we will be moved to Hilton hotel for firs night. They show the direction, how we can ger to Hilton. It was about 5 mins, but when we came to Hilton, the staff sed, than the Hilton do not have our reservation. We came back to Dinamo, they told, that they made the reservation, and we have again go to Hilton. When we came in Hilton, staff told wait about half hour and after that they accomondated us for first night. For second night we came back to Dinamo, they gave for us upgraded room😊

There've been some weird issues with charging my card (actually, 4 different cards). It wasn't nice getting a night message from the receptionist, 24 hours before our arrival, that the booking was canceled, even though we had enough time to update the cards. In the end, the problem was not even on my side. The issue got solved by the hotel manager and my friends in Baku, but if you're a 5 star hotel, the situation initially should have been solved differently. Don't stress out your customers.

The hotel is truly unique and has an outstanding and well-thought-out design. It's a 2-minute walk from the promenade. There are great restaurants nearby—MariVanna, Anadolu, Vivo Baklava, and more. The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional, no matter where—at the bar, during breakfast, at the spa, and just in general. They packed breakfast for us when we needed to go on an early tour of the countryside. The soundproof is great, and so is the air conditioning system - you don't feel quite polluted air from Baku streets, and you don't hear traffic noise.

We were very satisfied and there was nothing that we thought could be improved.

This stay was one of the best experiences that we ever had. Everything from the service to the quality of facilities is absolutely fabulous. The hotel offers new, state-of-the-art facilities, clean rooms and hallways, excellent breakfast, fantastic staff, great location, and amazing service. The hotel is totally worth its price. The rooms are spacious, and the balcony we had on the top floor was great. Every single personnel member is welcoming and friendly, in particular we interacted frequently with Nuriya, Teymur, Orkhan, and Elvin, and all of them provided wonderful service. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. All of the little issues that arised were solved promptly and without any fuss. This hotel is marvelous and we really enjoyed our stay here.

There was a smell from a shower in certain time of a day, but not too bowering.

Location: close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping area. There is a sauna, hairdresser, ATM is nearby. Good breakfast. Good size of a room with balcony. Electro-movable curtains, heating floor in the toilet and bathroom (there are shower and bathtub).

All the staff were very welcoming and the hotel was in excellent condition having been recently refurbished. Location meant everything within walking distance. Breakfast was abundant. I was really happy to have chosen to stay at Dinamo hotel
