Clean, very seldom have I been to an accommodation as clean as this one

Location, it is closer to the airport than Baku city but there is nothing in the surroundings. I would only choose it for a short stay and transfer to and from the airport. The walls and doors are extremely thin, so you hear every cough your neighbour makes.

Absolutely beautiful! I would like to spend a week there. Grapes, pomegranates and pears growing on the property - felt like staying on a vineyard.

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer.

We were hesitant to book the accommodation, because of the price. But we were wrong. The accommodation is amazing, it consists of 3 villas with a common garden, which is really nice and well kept. Each floor also has a shared kitchen and a very comfortable and partially closed balcony. The host was very friendly, responsive and knows English well. He also has a restaurant that works 24/7 and offers a airport transfer. The room was clean and comfortable.

Convenient accommodation for visiting the Absheron area and ideally located close to the international airport. The property features a spacious garden, a shared kitchen, and outdoor seating areas. Free street parking is always available right next to the gate.

I had the best time at the Hasanovs Villa and would recommend it to anyone visiting Baku. The location is great - very close to the airport and to the sea at the same time. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and the villa has a beautiful garden with pomegranate, fig, grape, and pear trees. Staying here takes you back to a carefree childhood, with the smell of fresh grass and the cackling of chickens. The whole property is well kept and organized, you feel safe and well accommodated there. The best part, of course, is the amazing host, Hasan, who made this stay so pleasant and to whom I’m very grateful. He greeted me, guided me to the accommodation, explained everything, and helped me settle in. I was coming only for a short stay but really wanted to see the Caspian Sea. Originally, I thought I would walk, but Hasan drove me there, offered me tea, and made it such a memorable experience - the kindest hospitality I’ve ever encountered in my travels. He also greeted me in the morning when I was checking out and helped me fix my bag, which saved my trip to the airport. I’m incredibly grateful for this hospitality - it’s such a rare gift nowadays. I wish the host and this beautiful villa all the very best, with prosperity and many guests who can appreciate this place as much as I did. Thank you very much, and now, whenever anyone goes to Baku, I know exactly which villa to recommend 🤍

We arrived and was hosted immediately no issues, mid age speaks English owns the place and showed us the room. They’ve a restaurant which we would have liked to try but the payment was only cash which we don’t have cuz it was our last day In short Great value for price Has garden and many rooms Fast internet, AC, parking, towels 10mins from airport Indoor restaurant, payment only cash, airport ride payment cash

I do not recommend this place if you plan to visit the center, unless you’ve a car. We took it only last day before our flight

It is not like a regular hotel

Transport and food was not available nearby.

Very early hours our flight for departure, so without breakfast. .

Hasanovs Villaa is wonderful place. The owner of the Villas is very Humble and Helpful person. Envoirment and location is very good. I really enjoy my Stay at Hasanovs Villas. strogly Recommended if you Visit Baku.

Its quite long to go to Old city via Metro

A nice, new, and clean villa with a kind and helpful owner. Free parking is available, and it’s only a 15-minute drive to the airport. Hasan offered to organize transport to the airport for approximately €15 (30 manat), which was very convenient. This is an excellent option for an overnight stay when catching a connecting flight.

The environment of the room was very good and the owner is very cooperative and very polite I really surprised by his behavior I like his nature and behavior I enjoyed my trip.

The villa location is not in city yeah that is difficult to book taxi every time to go city anyway all good

I stayed at the Hasanovs villa for one night with my kids because we had a transfer flight. The ride from the airport was short (about 15 minutes) and very comfortable. The house and the gardens are very beautiful. The children enjoyed playing with cats, learning how pomegranates grow, and looking at chickens and fish. The environment is calm. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. We jad a view to the garden from our room. The host provided us with a delicious dinner. I definitely recommend this house
