I loved everything. This is an excellent stay. If you want peace and quiet and a place that feels like home, just book this. Trust me. It is amazing. The guy handling it is amazing. He is very sweet, respectful, and very helpful. I will surely book this whenever I come to Baku. I do not need to go anywhere else. The location is amazing as well. Walking distance to so many good places. The metro is nearby. Many doner places are nearby. Good breakfast cafes are nearby. There’s a bravo store nearby. All in all, amazing stay I must say. I am just so happy I chose this.

Comfy apartment that has everything you need for a short trip. It is a little run down but amazing value for the price. The owner Elnur was really helpful with tips and suggestions for things to do, even taking me on a tour to places outside Baku on the weekend.

Eslan the Host was really helpful and luckily that day I arrived to Baku He and his wife picked me up at the airport for a fair price. They have washing machine too and helped me to clean my stuff thanks for that too. Felt safe and comfty all the time 🙌

i liked this place. Baku is a beautiful city. owner Elnur is a nice guy and very helpful. he have offroad car. some times he can make a trip and he explained everything about Baku. Room very clean. everything have abot kitchen and bath. Water pressure no problem. around apartment have 24 housr working market, restaurant, bank. price for apartment is so cheap. Very friendly family run this place,elnur gives very good advice about were to go and what to do. He speaks perfect English.The apartment is very cozy,equipped with everything,very clean and quiet. Very good value considering the location in the old town.

Elnur is very kind and helpful. He suggested all the places worth visiting and showed me the cheapest money exchange. The apartment is very very central, it's located inside the old town. Next time I'll come to Baku I'll book here again.

I can't say I didn't like anything. Almost everything in the room is good. Maybe only minor renovations within the facilities can be made.

The host (Elnur) was very helpful in everything. Even though my flight arrived late, he provided all the necessary convenience for me. Here you don't just get a room, you actually get a mini apartment with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. This creates a very flexible environment for travelers. The location is truly beyond perfect! The city's prominent food, beverage and entertainment venues are minutes away on foot. Shirvanshah Palace and Maiden Tower are also very close away. İçeri Şeher (Old City) metro station is also within walking distance. Access to Heydar Aliyev Center by metro is very easy. Philharmonic Garden and other parks are right next to you. Baku Seaside Boulevard is the same way. A bank (Turan Bank) for currency exchange and a grocery store for your basic needs are also very close. For more needs, supermarkets are also very accessible. Entertainment venues (Nizami and Resulzade St.) are 5 minutes by walking. In short, everything is super close. This alone is an incredible added value for solo travelers and young couples!

If you are looking for accommodation in Baku, look no further. This apartment is the perfect place for you, especially for solo traveller or couple/friends. - It is located exactly in the Old City - If you are taking tour, it will be very convenient for you coz the meeting point will be at Double Gate and Double Gate is only a few meters walk away from the apartment - The apartment is all complete with washing machine, hair dryer, hot shower etc - It is very close to famous restaurant serving local traditional food. Qaynana Restaurant is especially good, with delicious food and friendly service - Since it is inside the Old City, all places in the Old City like the palace, maiden tower, souvenier shops are within walking distance - Got many markets and groceries shop nearby so it is easy to get your essentials - Nearby metro station Icheresheher so it is also easy to commute via train - The apartment is owned by a lovely couple who are ready to help you anytime. If you have any issue, you can whatsapp the owner and he can help you with it. I have issue with my shoes and he inmediately come with a solution. Thank you so much! - The owner can also do a tour for you, you can directly ask the owner about the tour. I have gone for a tour with the couple and they have been very lovely, and it was a very fun trip! - If you wanna book for tour with other companies, there are a lot of travel agencies in just around the corner that can offer tours for you - You can use the washing machine so can save on laundry In overall, this apartment is perfect. If I come to Baku, I will stay in this apartment again without second thought. To Elnur and Nermin, I had a great time. Thank you so much! Hope to see you guys again!

Room is spacious and clean. Price for 2 nights is worth it. The location is superb as you can find nearby shops, parks, attractions. As well as the famous Flame Towers and Mini Venice are walking distance only. Thank you Mr. Elnur for giving us warm welcome and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and relatives. Would love to visit Azerbaijan again soon!

You ask what i didnt like so here goes..the internet was a bit slow and it seems to me in all of baku.

I liked the location and the host. The price paid for amenties and location was worth it. The host also came to meet me at thr entrance of the double gates medina and took my luggage to the room. He was always helpful throughout the stay.

Stayed for slightly over three weeks at the place. Perfect for a solo traveller, in my opinion. The host is a nice guy, vey approacheable and gave a couple of nice tips about how and where to travel. The location is very central, most of the must see stuff was almost around the corner. Also in terms of public transport, there were metro and bus stop 5-10 min walk from there.
