We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the facilities were excellent, right next to the beautiful Nohur Lake. The room was spacious, and it was really good value for money for 4 people. We were originally 3, but when our child joined, the hotel was very kind and only charged a small extra amount without any complaints. The swimming pool was big, spotless, and very clean. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!

The water leakage issue in the bathroom.

They upgraded our rooms and offered us complimentary fruits. Thank you. The rooms were nice and cozy. But we had a water leakage issue in the bathroom. They tried their best to fix it but couldn't do much. Except that everything else was really good.

There were ants running around on the tables in the room. Other than that everything was greeeeeeat 😍👌😀

The hotel was conveniently located just off the highway and was not very far from the Yeddi Gozel Waterfall. The room was spacious and very clean. The bedsheet was very clean and the pillows and the mattress were absolutely comfortable. The water was hot in the shower and had a nice strong flow. There was ample parking for the car. We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in a driveway which was lined with blooming roses of all possible colors. Verrrrrry beautiful property and grounds. The swimming pool was not functional. The Indian dishes at dinner time were served hot and were just about palatable. But the chapatis were hot and yummy. The best part of the stay was the great spread of breakfast, which included eggs to order and cold cuts, besides cheeses, jams, yoghurts, muffins and tea and coffee... All laid out in the buffet. Only thing missing was fruits and juices.

There was interruption or shutdown of electricity 5-10 seconds for 4-5 times due to rain. Rest was perfect.

Staff like Mr. Moosa, Ms. Narmin and especially Ms. Fidan were excellent and supportive and helped a lot during the stay. The responsive were quick for any thing.

They offer Indian food, which is a thoughtful addition, but unfortunately, the taste didn’t quite meet expectations. However, the buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The staff were incredibly helpful, cheerful, and polite, which made our short stay even more pleasant. The room was cozy and spacious, comfortably accommodating three of us.

They didn’t have elevators, but the stairs aren’t that many. It’s manageable even without elevator.

We reserved a standard room but they upgraded us to junior suite with balcony, it was perfect stay and staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean, had all the amenities and the view was amazing.

Outside the hotel there is nothing so it is little secluded

Yeddi gozel staff are very friendly and cooperative especially Ramin and Moosa, they upgraded our room, good breakfast and at the back side it is very scenic

The food is terrible in all: both the breakfast included in the package and the additionally ordered one. During breakfast on the last day, we even found ants running on our table. The service of the hotel itself is good, but in the restaurant it is weak: both the service and the quality of the food served and the customer focus of the staff themselves.

I liked the location of the hotel. The customer focus and efficiency of the hotel staff (not the restaurant) are also at a good level. However, I think that for such a price you can change the TVs to Smart ones.
