Spa was not very spacious, there is a no relaxing place, and also the showers could be better.

Very nice and helpful staff, also the manager of the Hotel was very for his supportive with flexible adjustments. Gönül was very nice and helpful with some valuable advices. The location is 100%! Great restaurants around the corner, and even a 24/7 bar/coffee right in front of the hotel.

We had to stand in line for over 30 minutes to get our room, just to be told it wasn't ready yet. The spa and gym look a bit like they are aging, so we went elsewhere for those. Staff weren't very helpful when we had trouble getting a taxi.

The beds were very comfortable and the location is excellent! Our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Taxi cannot come to you pick you up infront of the Hotel and you have to walk for like 5 minutes to the nearest pick-up point and if you have luggage that it gets difficult.

This was my second time and the best thing about this hotel is the Location, it is close to almost all of the tourist attractions at walking distance. Breakfast was okay but their is room for improvement. The room was nice, but the housekeeping was a bit slow, as I had to call 2-3 times to get the room cleaned.

There was a distinct smell coming from the bathroom, besides that everything was fantastic.

Lots of variety for breakfast. Each day was different. Located right inside old town. Room was large, comfortable and spacy. Bathroom was huge and water flow was great. Beautiful architecture especially the courtyard. Didn't get chance to try the spa. Staff are very helpful and humble.

I liked the very large comfortable room and nice bed and walk in shower. Downstairs had a very comfortable reception area..very relaxing. The room had coffee and a kettle. with bottled water. Air conditionng too. The location weas excellent in the old town ...everything was only 10 minutes walk away and in a nice area.

The spa was awful only sauna which would need to be switched on by customer calling 2 hours before. Safe wasn’t working which was replaced and we were charged more than the booking.com fee the breakfast was no good

The difference in room sizes was quite noticeable, even though both rooms were booked in the same category but good enough for two people. • Some of the front desk staff were not very helpful or warm, and didn’t assist when we enquired about sightseeing options. • No support from the hotel’s travel desk, but thankfully several travel agencies were located just outside, offering brochures and arranging tours with ease.

The place had the elegance and aura of an old palace, with a graceful charm that made the stay feel special. • Located in the heart of the Old City, with all major attractions just a short walk away. • Surrounded by numerous cafés and restaurants, including a lovely open-air eatery right opposite the property. • The hotel’s rooftop restaurant was a highlight—relaxing ambience, courteous staff, and delicious food, better than many outside places we tried. • The heritage feel of the property added to the experience, giving a sense of timeless comfort. • One of our rooms was spacious, airy, and ideal for three guests, with a large bathroom and extra bed. • The second room, although smaller, was still comfortable and adequate for two. • Breakfast was decent, and the overall atmosphere remained peaceful throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel is just perfect in heart of old city where you are surrounded with attractions, restaurants, museums & historical monuments, the hotel itself is a museum with nice design. Our room was in the extension clean and tidy.. the breakfast was acceptable but could be better/ also the staff in restaurants are not available or busy somewhere but it’s ok.
