There is a weird door between my room and the room next door, which makes poor sound isolation, I can hear clearly people in the next room.

the location is good, on a hill with beautiful view and very close to city hall, maybe for the elderly it could be difficult to walk uphills.

The hotel is at the top of short (cca 100m) but quite a steep street, which might be a bit difficult to manage for elderly people and is unsuitable for disabled. Don't turn your car in that steep street when you come close to the hotel even if your car navigation shows you to go there, since it is closed at the end and not adequate for parking. Instead, turn on the street which is on right.

Very very polite and helpful staff... young ladies at the reception always smiling and ready to inform guests and help them with advices where to go, what to see and where to eat. They are the best value of this hotel. The hotel is quite close to city center, clean, tidy and in quiet neighbourhood. The parking is in the street above hotel (just in front of the hotel) with just a few parking places, but free of charge, which is great advantage of this hotel.

Shower was not in the best condition and front door have problems with locking from the outside. Some other minor issues like bulbs.

Location is great. It is 5 minutes walk from Bascarsija. Stuff in hotel is wonderful. They are kind and ready to help about anything. Hotel is clean.

The only thing that could be an issue is the hotel is located on the top of a steep street. My friend has difficulty walking the way up, so I had to take the car to bring him up.

The hall smells a lot because of the smoke accumulated throughout the years.

2 minutes away from the City Hall - free parking although driving there could be challenging (depending on the size of your car). Rooms were huge and very comfortable, it's a bit outdated but gives it some unique charm. Clean and calm. Accept card payments(which is not everywhere the case in Sarajevo).

The staff were nice people, helped me to park my car and were very friendly. Since I was the only guest at that time, the breakfast was rather limited, but my compliments to the omelet the hostess cooked, it was delicious.

Few defects to be fixed in the bathroom.

Mostly the reception staff. Great people, always helpful, there was nothing they couldn't do. best wishes. Convenient location, close to the Old Town. Few minutes walk to Cable Car which takes you to Trebevic mountain. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, low prices. I recommend.

Would've preferred a heating option in the room as the weather was very cold. Breakfast was average, I preferred to just eat outside instead. My shower door was broken, but the shower still worked so it was fine. Would've been nice to have a kettle too! But other than that I had everything I needed

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions and organised things for me. The location was perfect, and near the graveyard, the view is very scenic if you walk up. My room was a good size and had most things I needed, and I felt safe.

The only thing I would change was the very strong smell, probably of air freshener, on the stairs and hallways.

The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, close to the city center. What I would like to point out was the incredibly kind and friendly stuff of the hotel who helped us with everything, especially when we ran into some issues.

They tried that I pay in cash, according to them the dataphone was not working. When I said I have no cash and I want to pay with Visa according to Booking reservation, the dataphone worked. Small room. The fridge is only half cold. Really small shower

Good location, 5 minutes walking to city center. Safe and quiet area. Private parking in the street in front of the hotel (there is space for 4 cars). Good breakfast including fruit. Comfortable bed.
