The city center is a bit far by walk, but we went by car so for us it was not an issue.

The location was extremely nice, it’s by the river so you have a really nice view, what you can enjoy while having breakfast outside on the balcony. The stuff was nice, they are really welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, we had everything what we needed and the bed was super comfortable. :)

The location is wonderful and the staff was really kind and helpful. I was traveling alone with my 6 month old baby and the staff made our stay very easy and comfortable. Really recommend this place!

The owner and staff of the hotel were very hospitable. They invited us to eat & drink with them. It felt like a family. The location is super close to the natural hot springs and river. The room was very clean and it looked quite new.

Located a bit in the outskirts of Banja Luka, not easy to reach everything by walk, but this is not really any disadvantage. There is a construction site right across the street, which is a bit disturbing in the morning.

Beautiful location, right next to the river Vrbas, with a great view all over to the nature. The breakfast was delicious, and as included in the price it is absolutely a great deal. The stuff is very kind and helpful, giving advice on restaurants and bars to visit. It has a private closed parking lot.

There were smaller things that didn't work, but nothing what really matters. Besides, the hotel workers were so nice and treated us like family members, so that we can't give any negative feedback at all.

The site and the view of the river and the hills is fantastic. You are so close to Banja Luka City which is so modern. Besides, directly next to the hotel you have the public thermal hot tubs and always the possibility to swim in the river vrbas at the plenty of public beaches. Of course you must be aware as it is a river, but you should watch the locals. We loved it.

The house next door, but they can't do anything about it. That will be your view if you have room 5.

Absolutely worth it to sleep here, so idyllic, bus stop very close by. WiFi was good(I had to work) even outside. Very friendly helpful staff. Thank you, I will return.

Smallish parkingplace outside was full beause of all the big vans that we and the other guests had. But it was solved perfect as we could park in front of entrance. All guests where attending the same event and we coordinated our departure after breakfast.

Super serviceminded staff!!! We where 1 hour delayed and they both phoned and messaged with us, waiting with a smile when we finally arrived. We had a big room with 2 queensize beds plus 2 bedsofas. Refrigerator 2 huge wardrobes and 4 metres height to ceiling. Everyting clean and fresh. Breakfast with both yoghurt müsli bread and hot sausages fried eggs etc. Nice restaurantspace with fireplace to enjoy in evenings. We where soo comfortable that we stayed one extra night. Will be happy to return.
