The apartment is in a very convenient location only a few minutes walk from the old town and the famous bridge. Moreover,it spacious and cosy with a balcony and the area is quiet. Finally the host is always quick to respond and is amazingly helpful as they let me have both an early check-in and a late check-out.

A little bit tired furniture

It was a little unclear how to open the apartment, but then it turned out that the video instruction, in which everything was perfectly shown, was sent to me via Messenger Viber, which I do not use, almost a code system with a lock allows you to move in at almost any time, regardless of the owners of the apartment. It is very convenient, tastefully furnished apartment and dormer window, through which the light falls very beautifully in the morning. It left wonderful impressions: very close to the bridge and at the same time convenient, that a little away from all the night songs and clubs, maybe a little not enough kitchen utensils for us, a family with two children. Very kind Friendly hostess, who explained how to find free parking very close and allowed us to sleep half an hour more separately. Thank you for such a friendly attitude to guests.

The host went far beyond out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. They surprised me with fruit and snacks one day it was very special. When I requested a late check out they accommodated me with an extended checkout. I highly recommend The Jewel of Monstar to anyone visiting stunningly beautiful Monstar. Thank you for making my stay especial.

There was a slight smell in the bathroom and in the house.

The location of the house was perfect. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. He arranged a free parking spot nearby. The house was about a 6–7 minute walk from the Mostar Bridge. The bed was extra soft. The internet was very fast. Essentials like an iron, air conditioner, stove, and smart TV were available and sufficient.

Central location, spacious, air conditioning. No problem with parking. We used payed one next to the door but there is a free parking a short walk away.

We had a really nice stay at The Jewel of Mostar. The room was clean and comfortable. The apartment is well located, just a short walk to the old town, but still in a quiet area. It was a great base for exploring the city. Our host was friendly and helpful, and made check-in and communication easy. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re visiting Mostar – we’d happily come back.

Fantastic hostess who was very sweet, communicative, and helpful. The bachelor unit on the ground floor had a nice private patio and big windows to let in light. Everything was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Kitchen was equipped for making easy meals, shower pressure was great, and had a Smart TV with fast WIFI. The entire process was easy with self-checkin/lockbox, and the hostess was available to help with anything needed - she even kindly warmed up the room in advance. It's centrally located 15 minutes from the bus station and within 5 minutes to Old Town as well as multiple supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, petrol, etc.
