We like breakfast because it was continental as well as Bangladeshi food. Staff of the restaurant, house keeping and admin were friendly and always eager to help. Hotel is located in a convenient location of the city.

United KingdomThis is the first hotel that does not allow you to bring ANY food or drinks from outside which is a very negative point in my opinion, I have not ever cone across this and I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. The food and drinks menu they have is good and the prices are decent but the negative point is not all the items on the menu are always available..Mu mother wanted certain dishes but most of the dishes were unavailable and we were forced to choose things wrong wouldn't normally order. If the hotel doesn't want people to bring food from outside then they should have all items available at all time. This is the only reason why I have not rated the hotel with the maximum stars.
Very good location right next to Bushundara Shopping mall and all the Major hospitals in Dhaka city, The rooms are very modern and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The price I paid was very good compared to other hotels around the area. The hotel has everything you need and the staff are very friendly and courteous.

Very good location right next to Bushundara Shopping city and all the best major hospitals in Dhaka. The hotel is very good value for money, rooms are comfortable and clean and it has everything you need with no frills. The staff are friendly and courteous. The breakfast is decent and the dishes were changed from day to day.

Hotel management should have organize trolly system to carry the suitcases. Poor staffs member were carrying suitcases on there shoulder to the main road for taxi service.

MalaysiaPathway from main road to the hotel is horrible. Hard to find the hotel by local ( my-friend) and uber-driver. It was more so around 8.30 pm that make things more difficult
Staff at front-desk (Wahid and Abdullah) and house-keeping (Zubir) were good, helpful. Wahid ordered uber, while Zubir and Abdullah assisted my luggage to main-road; waited until uber-came to airport. TQVM
