Nice and close in the hart of Brugge. Great host.

Should make visitors aware of the steps

Everything was perfect. Great communication with host, easy access, comfortable room with memory foam mattress and pillows, great drinks selection and excellent central location.

The room is really beautiful and clean, good location, the host is supper kind and give a lot of good recommendations, bath is good and pretty clean, we enjoyed a lot!

There isn’t ar conditioning, but is a city rule!

Beautiful house only minutes walk from the centre of Bruges. We had access to 2 lovely bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms as well as a kitchen / seating area on the top floor and everything was clean, modern and airy. Wim was a lovely host, attentive and good with communication both during and prior to our stay. He was also relaxed around checking out time and had a lovely personal approach.

The only recommendation I would make is for a toaster and perhaps an air fryer in the kitchen area to allow for more cooking. To be fair, I didn't ask Wim whether he had either, so perhaps these are available on request. Travellers also should be aware about the low traffic zone which is in place during the afternoons around the centre of Bruges. Of course this is nothing to do with the venue but something to think about when planning your journey and make sure you either approach from the south or park outside the city and head in on foot.

Warm welcome from the owner on arrival, who was friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, comfortable bed, and had everything we needed. Fridge with variety of drinks, operated from an honesty box, and well priced. Good location in town, This was a nice quiet haven to return to from a busy, bustling Brugge.

Pillows could be improved upon.

The accommodation was a success in every way! The host (Wim) has two rooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a shared living room and kitchen located in the attic level. The shared spaces were cozy and well-equipped. Our room had a fan, which was a welcome addition during the summer heat. A special thanks to the host, Wim, who is a very warm and service-oriented person. He stayed in touch actively via WhatsApp and was happy to help with anything related to our holiday. We felt at home right away – classical music was playing in the background when we arrived, and the room was clean and tidy.

The only small minus was that the spaces between the radiators could use a more thorough cleaning ☺️

Excellent location, close to everything. The host Wim provided useful information about the city and made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Would certainly return to Abiente rooms.

Wim is an excellent host. Communication is easy and fast. He gave me many useful informations. The room is cozy and it has a super location.

+ Good location close to center + The owner puts an emphasis to providing an enjoyable ambiente. There are some games in the common area and a very extensive beer selection at affordable prices. We did not use it as were outside most of the time but if you are staying several days it’s good to have this

Did not get the best sleep as - There was only one kind of very hard pillows. My partner liked them but I found them very uncomfortable. It would be good to provide different options so guests can pick what they prefer - On one day there was construction going on in the morning but it was only temporary I think

We could barely fault our stay at Abiente Rooms. From the start the communication from Wim, the host, was fantastic giving us tips on transport, dining options etc. The accommodation was a 2 minute walk to everything in Bruges and yet in such a quiet street -we loved it. This would be a perfect place for two couples with its shared living room/kitchenette. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay at Abiente rooms was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I stayed along with our two friends (also a couple) and we didn't realize we had the extra benefit of a common space upstairs to relax in all to ourselves! (This is open to all who stay, but there two rooms.) We had wonderful communication from the host, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location is just perfect - close to everything but still felt quiet and peaceful. I will absolutely be staying here next time and will be happy to recommend to any friends who will be in the area!

Can't think of a thing!

Incredible location, beautiful room and excellent value for money.

Terrible communication from the host. Despite asking them in advance, they didn’t provide any details for how to get into the property and didn’t respond to any calls or texts. This left us panicking and standing in the freezing cold after a long journey without knowing when they were going to get in touch. They eventually began responding 3 and a half hours later and were very unapologetic about the stress they had put us through. They claim to have not been online due to ‘unforeseen’ circumstances but we found their actions unacceptable and were even more disappointed not to receive a proper apology.

The owner is extremely helpful, it was in the heart of the city, rooms are cozy & comfortable. We were very happy with our booking
