On our 2nd night our neighbours were extremely loud. So much so that we tried to sleep with our iPhone white noise maker. Tap in bathroom needs to be taller and it would be nice if you provided slippers as the bathroom floor was freezing! Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location and breakfast were excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was well staffed and there were many choices.

the room could've been a bit bigger and the description 'balcony with view' is a bit exaggerated - our balcony was facing the courtyard of the hotel.

the location of the hotel is fantastic. You're right in the centre of the hustle and bustle and everything is very easy to reach via foot. We loved the breakfast buffet, a lot of choice with fresh fruit and attentive staff.

We all enjoyed it all - probably just wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location, rooms/beds, staff, bar, breakfast.... pretty much everything! We were travelling around Europe and got very excited about having a room with a bath. It's surrounded by a delicious tea room and highly-rated restaurants. The perfect base for your trip in Bruges.

The reception and bar area were warm and welcoming. The family room was ideal for us with two teens. The room was spotless. The breakfast was superb!

Room and bathroom clean. A decent size room and quiet too. Hotel is in a good location for visiting all of the hotspots. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. Overall the staff were helpful and friendly from check in to departure.

Location perfect for station (10 min walk) All the main sights easy to walk to. The breakfast was fab such choice of hot and cold dishes fruits cereals pastries The staff were so efficient pleasant and accommodating

Only one small criticism really. The towels in the room were too small & very thin - not at all luxurious & below the standard of everything else in this hotel

There was no fridge or safe in the room. Otherwise everything was great.

The hotel is fully renovated, the lobby looks really beautiful. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom is also nice size, toiletries were provided too. Breakfast was excellent, wide selection and very delicious. Tea and coffee maker in room was also good. Hotel is in the old town area, just 10 minutes walk to all major sights. Train station is about 15 minutes on foot.

Everything is perfect

I would have preferred a kettle to the coffee pod machine in the room.

The hotel was perfectly sitauted right on the edge of the main tourist area. The breakfast was excellent.

We had a fabulous stay but it would be better if you got more tea for the price when you order it in the hotel bar. Even better still, if you got tea making facilities in your room.

Really lovely hotel in a terrific central location in beautiful Bruges next to Minnewater lake. The communal areas look especially impressive. Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Replenished bottle of water each day was a welcome touch (after drinking the lovely Belgian beers!). Shame no option to make tea in the room, though, only coffee. Fabulous, very tasty breakfast with plenty of options. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Being able to store our luggage at the hotel after we checked out was much appreciated.
