There were some hair in the bathroom, but other than that it was really clean and comfortable. You need to separate waste, the bins are rather small, but you can put it outside the room and they will throw it away for you.

The Hotel has a great location, near all the European institutions and also close to the centre. Room was large and clean (there were some hair in the bathroom, but other than that very clean). There were two tables in the room and all the equipment you may need in the kitchen corner. The staff was great, very helpful and nice.

A particular shift of receptionists was not very friendly.

Place is modern and comfortable. It has an excellent location which makes it easy to get to the centre. Kettle, cooker and fridge available in every room. Room was quite spacious and was equipped with a desk, kitchenette, wardrobe, large bathroom, and two twin beds.

TV channels are mostly french or other languages except english… Also, the numbering of the rooms were quite confusing (tricky to find your room, because it felt like a mix, f.ex. (- being the floor, like 1st, 2nd etc) -01 could be right next to -14 and -05 could be on the other side of the hallway with -12)

The studio was a bit on the small side, but for this price in this location, it is not a big problem. Although the coffee machine downstairs is a nice feature, it would have been nicer if the coffee were free. We happened to stay in a similar apartmenthotel in Brussels during the same trip where this was the case, so when we had to pay for each cup of coffee, it was quite apparent (room rate was the same).

The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance of two metro stations and there are a couple of supermarkets nearby as well (Delhaize & Carrefour). The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the studio was well equipped with everything that you basically need.

A foldable rack in the room to unpack your luggage would be helpful as well as some paper tissues.

It was one of my best stays in Brussels. The hotel staff was friendly, very accommodating and responsive. A small problem with the shower door was fixed instantly. The room was spacious and quiet and had lots of amenities. At the reception there is a variety of snacks, food and drinks to chose from at a reasonable prices. The location of the hotel is very good for Commission travelers, close to metro stations and only a 10 min. walk from Brussels center. Checking in and out was quick. I kept the room for an extra hour free of charge, which was great as it allowed me to travel back home more relaxed.

They never came to empty the trash from the room dumpsters resulting in them being full.

The hotel had nice space in the ground floor for chilling, eating and drinking. Also I liked the functionality that you could take food or drinks from reception 24h long. The room was confy and warm..

There was nothing specifically that we didn’t like, it was all quite good!

The location was perfect as it had cute restaurants around and was only a 20 minute walk to the main center. The beds were very comfy and everything was very clean. Also the staff was very kind and helpful and the little kitchen was super practical for our stay.
