Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The lack of ways to reach the hotel during the night. We were lucky that we got a ride from a bus driver to the hotel (God bless that man), otherwise we'd be facing a 1 hour-walk around midnight while carrying luggage.
The proximity to the airport and the cleanliness of the room.

The location, i just echo what everyone else has said, the property is close to the airport (if the crow flies) but getting to it by foot was impossible, this was due to the quickest way to the property was via a gate that’s inaccessible to the public unless by public or hotel transport. If you walked the long route to the hotel it would take about 50 minutes. To get back to the airport for an early morning flight I paid for the hotel transfer but thought 10€ per person was too much, especially when having to pay the same price for a child. Children’s prices should be reduced
It was clean and nicely decorated, the beds were really comfy. The receptionist and bar staff were really friendly and helpful

The hotel is nice unfortunately we stayed when they were doing renovations so you had the early noice and the smell of cutting tiles. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly

We needed to wait for some time to get the hotel shuttle from the airport so ended up getting a separate taxi.
The room was good and clean. Very close to the airport and they provide hotel shuttles to and from the airport.

It was quite far from the food shops. We took 25 mins to the nearest fastfood,Burger King,on foot. It is a good choice to the people who come by a car.
The room was clean and spacious. Even though we arrived late and the restaurant's last order time had passed, they offered to let us order now, and we were grateful for their kind offer. We took the shuttle bus to the airport which was very convenient. It was a nice place to stay before flight .

Everything was fine. No complaints.
Very good restaurant / bar. Great food and wine. Good atmosphere. Helpful and pleasant staff. Having the shuttle bus to and from the airport is a huge bonus.

Was difficult to find the hotel shuttle pick up point, especially on a rainy night. Could have done with clearer instructions.

Couple of broken bathroom tiles. Overhead shower didn't have much power. Shower door was leaking, leaving a puddle on the bathroom floor.
Good food in the restaurant. Great breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The mattress was soft, and personally I like a hard one. Gym was not available due to some company event inside, so strange but ok. However, when the event was finished the gym was not prepared till morning. There could be more selection on breakfast buffet.
Close to airport. If you need last moment purchase there is a shopping centre nearby. It was quite and clean. Very nice personnel.

The service at the restaurant culd be better. We were taken care of well, but the arrogance of waitress to round up our bill from 70 to 100 (not considering tip) was a bit coifusing and not professional.
Service at reception was great. Distance form the airport is also convinient if you have a car. Horel offers transver for additional cost. Food at the restaurant was OK.
