Everything was perfect. The breakfast was set up in a cozy room and the staff made everything for you right there, with whatever you wanted. The room was quite comfortable, and the bed was super comfortable! Very nice quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was on the market square, 5 minutes away from the Belfry and main shopping centre. Our room was spacious, clean with the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was served at your table, with a choice of fresh breads,cheese, meat, eggs and fruit, served by lovely staff. Would definitely go back to the same hotel.

Everything was fine. No complaints at all. The only thing was the stairs to the upper room, but we got help with our luggage, which we were very thankful for. The room next to us was a bit noisy, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Location perfect, next to the railway/bus station. Close to the centre of the city. Bedroom nice and comfortable, even with bath! Breakfast was great, with fresh baked breads and even vegan/veggie options I asked for! Staff was friendly and professional. We loved it!

The location was great. Easy, pleasant walk from train station, even in the rain. (Once we arrived, they had umbrellas we could borrow). The neighborhood was safe and convenient. Located on a large square, and just on the other side of the square were the streets of the old town. So convenient. We were even more happily surprised to find that the next day was market day at the square, so we bought something and could take it right back to our room. The following day we happened upon a cute holiday show for kids on a stage in the square. The hotel has the vibe of a warm, friendly, family-run B&B. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. He helped us carry our bags up the steps and made a dinner reservation for us at a restaurant. The breakfast room was quaint and we were served by a sweet lady who brought us trays of goodies, as well as eggs cooked to order. Good coffee. Plenty of food and friendly personal service. Our room was nice, bathroom was nice. Quiet and comfortable.

Not a complaint but feel I should mention the stairs to our room were a not very nice to walk up due to being steep and windy, not much can be done about this as it’s an old building but a refurb and brightening of the whole stairway including the skirting board would help

Lovely hotel, ideal location will look to stay here again when we come back to Bruges, Breakfast service was exceptional with a really homely environment and very friendly chatty staff, we stayed NYE to the 2nd of jan and on NYD at breakfast we were all given a token gift each which was a very nice touch. Also there’s an immaculate underground car park a minutes walk away.

I liked everything about the hotel. It exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is fantastic! It is situated near the train and bus station. The staff or family who run the hotel are excellent and always make you feel welcome. They are so hospitable that you almost feel like you are at home. My family and I could go to all the places in Bruges without public transportation. I stayed in a triple room with three beds, which was spacious and spotless. We stayed during Christmas, and the rooms were comfortable even with the outside temperature being 4ºC. The breakfast is quite good; you can take the rest of the bread they give you and have a snack during the day.

A lovely comfortable hotel with an exceptional breakfast in a lovely quaint breakfast room. The staff went out of their way to make sure that you had everything you needed and were so helpful and kind. The location was excellent.
