Not a huge amount of space around one side of the bed but minor issue really.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Antwerp. The room was really clean and the bed very comfortable. It was warm while we were in Antwerp and the air conditioning was good. We thought the location was ok. Only 5 minds from the train station. It was a reasonable walk to the old town but once you’ve done it a few times it’s no bother. We didn’t really make use of the kitchenette but it was useful to cut up a bit of fruit and keep our drinks cold.

The fridge is incredibly small, I think it was only 10 cm deep. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. We weren't able to use the cold water tap in the shower, it seemed to be stuck. It was 11 pm and we were too tired after a concert to check with the reception.

There's no bath tub stopper and seems structurally not pluggable. The bed mattress is too soft and high for us, we personally prefer a bit harder.

The room is just you see the photos, spacefull, modern design and well equipment, especially in the kitchen you have everything if you want to cook. Airco works very well. Excellent location and easy to find, just a quiet street off the main street. Friendly staff!

It could be better: more space in the bathroom (in the shower) for own shampoo etc. Must leave things on the ground, instead of on an extra small shelf, which is a bit uncomfortable. But not something that made the stay impossible.

Especially one of the staff seemed extremely resourceful with his colleagues and clients from the hotel. Must be the manager? Big thank you for the positive vibes + coffee you have offered for free. Furthermore, location! Near all tram and bus stops, within walking distance, also to return to the airport, it's so easy to take the Airport Shuttle, a bus service for just 10euro and you get there in 45min. Books are at your disposal from the hotel; you can browse in them while you enjoy the terraces and view. The kitchen at the studio was complete and clean.

Location, midway between the train station and the city centre, was ideal for us. A very spacious room.

Airco was not working in hour room, mentioned that at the reception and someone would have a look at it we do not be leave that someone did take a look at it. The curtain in the pictures between master bed and sleeping couche was not there at all only the rail was there.

A good and central location in Antwerp, 5 min walk from the train and subway station. Spacious room and a good bathroom, the kitchen was also ok but we did not use it and went to one of the nearby restaurants

Room cleaning is not done daily I think its per week. water was given only first day.

the hotel location was very good close to central train station. Restaurants and supermarkets were 5 minutes walk. room was specious and clean. staff were friendly. the hotel is nice and good choice

- the window of the room was broken, and it was very hot inside because we couldn’t open it. luckily we only slept there 1 night.

Air conditioner only worked some if the time. I did not bother informing the staff as it was the Sunday night before the departure. The matress was too soft and inclined near the edge, so I kept rolling off the bed.

Convenient location just near the Antwerp central station, access to the terrace, view to the central station, especially beautiful after dark. Nice room. Helpful staff.

- AC cooler in room was not working independantly. - no possibilities on getting fresh water bottles during hot days - hotel did not have a parking lot and the lift wasn't working - disfunctional hair dryer, started sparkling and fuming

The airconditioner in our room was not working. Hotel staff could not resolve the problem and advised us to leave the window open overnight. Noise from the street below disturbed our sleep a few times. Also there was no mirror in the room. There was only 1 mirror in the bathroom

There wasn’t enough hooks within the apartment to hang wet towels and wet robes.

it was an ideal location for a weekend break and great facilities within the apartment. We didn’t eat breakfast so unable to comment.
