This hotel is in the most amazing location, walking distance to everything. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfy however the stairs to get to the bedroom were a bit scary (would not want to have any mobility issues) and a fridge would have been excellent. Overall a great stay in beautiful Brussels.

This establishment is centrally located to trin Station, Grand Place, and multiple restaurants. Staff was excellent and most helpful. I will most definitely pick this place again when staying in the area. Also, bonus there is a laundrymat half a block from the hotel. This place was perfect!!

We missed lamps at the bed to read a book. There was not a good place to hang the towel in the bathroom, and the door could not be loocked. The breakfast was below standard. In a way nothing was missing, but it was just not interesting. Especially the bread did not tasting of anything.

Location was exelent ! Tho room was big, the beds too. The place was indeed quite - no noise from the streets at all.

There was nothing really.

This is a marvellous hotel. It’s so close to Grand Place yet it’s not at all noisy. It’s also minutes from Central Station. The hotel room was very comfortable, we had great sleeps. The bathroom was good, shower absolutely fine. Coffee and tea facilities all good if basic. The staff were all lovely and helpful. This was my second visit and I expect I’ll be back. Thank you.

Quite a bit of noise (crying baby…can happen of course). Hot water from the tap was really smelly (old pipes?). I was pretty sure that I had booked a room with breakfast, but apparently not. This may be more an issue with the Bookings website than the hotel, but I will take a screenshot next time.

While the facility exhibits signs of aging and the lobby is relatively compact, these aspects are understandable considering its central location in Brussels. However, I would suggest enhancing the heating system in the rooms as it didn't provide the level of warmth I anticipated during my stay. Overall, the facility's location compensates for these minor inconveniences.

Ideal Location: The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of the Grand Place and numerous other attractions. Room: The room is notably spacious, although the heating system didn't perform as expected. Breakfast: While offered at 15 euros per person, we opted not to take it. Staff: The personnel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Luggage Deposit: A noteworthy perk – there's no charge for luggage storage if you return to the hotel.

Very friendly staff and they were extremely helpful. The hotel is modern and cosy. Our room had a spiral stairs leading down to the bathroom, this was quirky and made this hotel stand out from others we have stayed in. There was also a great view.

Lenny at reception was very professional, friendly and helpful throughout our 2 day stay. The room was so clean & tidy, the rituals toiletries were also a nice touch,. The view of the spire at Grand Place from the 5th floor was an added bonus !!

The interiors are not stylish but suffice; the bathroom looks a little basic, but also offers all you might be looknig for, incl. soup etc.

The hotel is very central; and close to the Central station. The neighbourhood for this is quite divers (as you can expect in the city centre and close to a main train station). It was very quiet and it was a large room. Super friendly staff.

There was not much to not like about this property! The one thing was our room was very cold at night and I do not believe we had control over the thermostat in our room. Other than that it was great!

The Alma Grand Place exceeded our expectations. The staff were absolutely incredible. They were able to print off extra travel documents for us, bring us extra towels and recommend amazing places to eat, all with a smile on their faces. My husband and I loved the location of this hotel, it was just a couple of minutes away from the Grand Place, amazing restaurants (including waffles and chocolate!).

Very trivial. Ok - the decor is tired. But who doesn’t like Pink Panther?! Also, our room was a bit colder in the evenings but nothing a jumper didn’t sort.

The location is incredible. You could see the Grand Place from our room and there are bars/restaurants in the surrounding streets. Even though there is a lot going on, the noise didn’t bother us as it was only really noisy at the weekends. The breakfast was good value for money. The room was large, bright and comfortable. The staff were OUTSTANDING! They could not have been more accommodating or helpful with my odd requests having bought a souvenir that needed a new suitcase and additional packing.
