The bathroom has no fan and the light was malfunctioning. The faucets and shower head did not work very well.

Great location, we loved the size and cleanliness of the room. Directions to the building and garage were clear enough. We really appreciated the tea and coffee provided as well as the satellite channels and wi-fi.

The temperature control on the shower is very unreliable and I was nearly scalded during my shower. This is not the first comment made by guests regarding the shower temperature control.

However, the room cleaning is not thorough, with food leftovers from the previous guest, and there is even a whole on the floor (some damage from some time ago, but has not been repaired for some time). And the positioning of some of the furniture created some unnecessary obstacle when moving around in the room. Given the price, the host should have done more to improve. I may be a bit too picky, especially the other comments online are usually very positive. But I'd share my experience here.

The check-in process is smooth as instructions were provided via email and "chat" on Booking (with the exact name of the room and the corresponding code combination of the lock box). The location is great, near one of the small train station with direct access to the main station, multiple shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, etc.

Nothing really stood out as a negative

Honestly didn't know what to expect, took the cheapest option available 😅 . But damn it delivered! It was spacious, clean, with a little Nespresso machine, fridge, soft towels, even the smell of the cushions 😍😍 like they used some kind of Zwitsal softener. If I ever go back to Liège, this place is my spot!!!

I recommend the hosts to send emails in English not only French. Francophone countries must become finally international as other do!

I traveled alone, so it wasn't a problem for me - but it would be worth noting in the room description (the one with the pink wall behind the bed) that the bathroom is not separated by any doors (it is located in the niche). This might be important information for two people. Info about the check in was provided only in French.

Very good location. Exceptionally clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice towels. Small fridge. Towels, toiletries, coffee, tea - everything you need for a short stay.

Only problem I can foresee & it's not the owners fault due to location on a busy thoroughfare there are the ' boybracer' element wanting to race their cars down this street late at night, disturbing the peace, just bear this in mind, it is on a main road but otherwise everything fine, would return if in Liege again.

Easy to locate with sat nav on my motorcycle 🏍, had an initial problem getting in, I was trying no 124, next door, once my door opened I followed instructions sent to my phone. Retrieved keys & gained access, bright, roomy room on main drag. Secured my moto in garage below ( 34 euros, 2 nts), but need security of moto. Nice powerful shower 🚿, comfortable bed 🛌. Fridge for cold drinks was a bonus. Easy to chk out, had to do a sequence so as to not l9ck myself out!. Removed bike 🏍 from garage first then went in to chk room & left keys back in the Master lick box. Easy to leave city on this road. Easy access to pubs / restaurants over road.

The instructions to pick up the keys were only provided in French - I was lucky Google Translate was accurate😅 The bin could also be bigger.

Location was easy to find, plenty of eateries around. Close to a bus stop and - if it's ever finished - the tram. Instructions to pick up the keys were easy enough to follow, the room was large, much larger than expected and very clean.

The light in the toilet was too weak, and ventilation in bath area turns on automatically with the light. The coffee mug did not fit the coffee machine. View from the window into the inner space with vents from air conditioners and rubbish.

Spacious avenue facing modern room with large soundproof windows (during stay road works to build the new tram line were occuring but no sound or disturbance provoqued), excellent quality large matress and pillows, full amenities provided (e.g. towels, coffee machine, shampoo, cleaning products etc.), aircondition plus heating provided as well, selection of restaurants and must-see sights of the city provided as well by the hosts, clean room and you have to take your own litterbag outside, easy access instructions by the host prior to the arrival, within walking distance to all major sights of the city as well as the old part of the city where all bars and restaurants are situated, easy access to train station (Liege-Carre).

No staff members to check in with all self check in which may bother some people but didn’t affect us. Also parts of the apartment floor appear to still be under construction

I stayed 6 nights and was provided 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Not a big deal, but would have preferred a few more of all 3.

There is no air conditioner and fan in the bigger room. We had to open the window because of the hot weather, unfortunately, the night was so noisy (people chatting in front of the apartment till 2AM, followed with roaring of motorcycles) that I could not fall asleep at all.

Not far from city center and provides parking place. The bigger room we booked is well equipped and spacious. Elevator is available.

The teapot and coffee machine need proper cleaning. Due to the massive construction outside it isn't quiet if you leave the windows open.

Central location, just a few min walk to the city center. Check-in and check-out are effortless. Comfortable mattress.
