It was just a moment during the breakfast, that we chose a table, and the waitress requested us yo change to another place because that table was for 4 people, that never happened before in any of my previous hotels. But honestly everything thing else was perfect 🥰

The only issue was roadwork and parking, which made life difficult to get to the hotel, but this is out of their control

Parking at the hotel is 30 euros and very tight getting in and out. I would not recommend parking in this car park unless you want to scratch your car. Why the hotel are charging for this I do not know.

Location is perfect. It is in a central location within easy reach of all shops/restaurants and sight seeing spots. On our arrival at the train station, we could easily walk to the hotel in about 20minutes. We did get a taxi back to the station and it cost €15 Loved the coffee machine in the room and the L’occitane products in the bathroom. Breakfast was perfect. There was plenty of choice and it was served buffet style in a lovely restaurant. Reception staff were very helpful.

We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival. The staff from the front desk walked us around to our room at the Aragon house which was much larger than we anticipated. We had plenty of space for a family of 5, which is a rareity in Europe. The location was fantastic, just steps to the heart of the city. The breakfast was equally good with plenty of quality items to select. The only challenge that some might encounter is parking, but we were easily able to find parking below the library about 100m from the Aragon house. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We’re a family of 7 (!) and unfortunately this makes it mostly rather challenging to find reasonable or even perfect places to stay. However this one was simply perfect! An apartment with separate entrance just around the corner from the main hotel entrance. Ground floor, which means no luggage stress. And even better, a handful of very rare front of house parking spaces! The apartment had 3 separate bedrooms, all with double beds, one big bathroom with shower and bathtub and a pantry kitchen on top. Enjoyable breakfast and an exceptional reception service by Susana & the team made our stay at Hotel Aragon perfect! PS -> this is not a paid assessment, just a straight forward one ;-)

The water took a while to heat up. Apart from that everything was fine.
