Lack of cups and tea in the tea room, lack of lights in the men's toilets.

The place itself is beautiful. Horses and land. The landlady gave us keys to our room 2 hours before. She was very friendly and polite. Thank you.

I could detect the horses, however it was probably due to severe wet weather.

Emilie, the manageress was most accommodating and made my stay a pleasure. It was very unusual with the accommodation directly above the stables. The international TV and living area was great Very clean and comfortable bedding.

Nothing, but it probably helps if you like horses 😁

Quirky and friendly. Something a little different with lots of parking and close to Waterloo.

Urine smell right from the building entrance. Dark room, with only one small and dirty covered ceiling window. Dirty bathroom floor towel. Used bed linen, with a hair on them. No hot water at sink (didn't care to try the shower anymore). No working radiator until I told the host and she maneuvered some pipes in another room. No wi-fi (was told it had to be plugged out and back in from time to time. Very depressing. I left in 10 minutes (but I still had to pay the night, which is very unfair).

    The horses around.

The lady in charge was delightful, very helpful going out of her way to make sure we had information about how to get to places. Made us feel very welcome and relaxed.

    Everything was good!

This Guest House allows you to relax and experience the local Pony Club and a rural flavour. Friendly and accomadating staff ensure your needs are met. A walk or ride thru the Bois or hop on the train to Brussels! I really enjoyed the horses and watching the lessons. I also thoroughly enjoyed breakfast with Emilie.

The smell in the room is awful because of the horses. The station nearby is no service. It is difficult to buy a ticket only if you are lucky to find someone help you.

    cheap If you like horses.
