The parking is just one way. It's not so safe. The aircon in the room is also not so good.

They did not have my booking from booking.com . They did sort the room and then charged me double what I had already paid back in January. With £225 taken from my account without prior authority. Left us in a bad situation and still have not received a refund . Put a downer on our holiday right from the start .

Close to the central station and within walking distance to all the main attractions Breakfast was nice . Friendly staff .

My offer included "newspaper" and "15% reduction in the Made in Antwerp Bar and Restaurant". I received no newspaper during my stay. Also at the reception they explained to me that the reduction for the restaurant is valid only for the members of their frequent customer programme, so - not valid for me. Some of the food at breakfast was a bit old (for example cut fruits and cakes were already dry at 7.30-8.00 am, so perhaps they were from a previous day).

Excellent location, nice view from the rooms, clean hotel. The rooms were warm. The pool is small, but nice. The water is not very cold as in other hotels. I enjoyed the sauna and the steaming bath. Overall, really nice place.

Room was cold when we arrived, and I didn’t find the Aircon controller until the second night, then the room warmed up lovely.

Our room was a little bit dirty ( kitchen floor) and bathroom floor. But they came quickly to fix this when we called.

The location is great and there is parking beneath the hotel. Transportation is near and also a lot of shops. The staff was very friendly and even though we were not happy about some things (cleanliness of the room, trouble with the tv) the staff came immediately to fix things. Which is highly appreciated! There is also a small pool which was great for the kids :-)

The parking was OK, but a bit scary (maybe add more lights + a bit larger parking space). The pool and spa is really nice, but the pool is tiny for 10 people (maximum capacity that is written there). So you have to find times of the day that it is empty, in case you like to swim. The breakfast was OK, but some fruits were too old.

The check-in was smooth and fast. The room was great and comfortable. It was very clean and we had enough amenities (fresh towels and bath robes, slippers, shampoo, etc.). The view from the room wasn’t the best, but we didn’t want to pay extra just for the view. The pool was nice and refreshing, the spa was nice. The best is the location, very close to everything you might need. We all enjoyed it.

My room was extremely "tired", very much in need of some renovation. Sink in the bathroom was stuck. Cleaning not impeccable.

Common spaces freshly refurbished. Overall a decent hotel. Private parking in the basement very handy.

There is no soundproofing even tho it says the rooms have it, we could hear everything in the hallways very loudly and we could also hear the neighbors doing the deed multiple times. That made it very uncomfortable.

The hotel was in a great location, adjacent to the central station. And within walking distance of the bars, restaurants and shops. The room was lovely, and the bar was very modern. Great staff, all extremely helpful 👍

The ammeties were missing, and there were not enough bath towels for 2 people. But, as soon as I call, they send a staff with all that I need. I missed the "something else", as I said it was to celebrate our anniversary it would be nice to get something to mark that, for ex, in other hotels I get a chocolate and a card. It's not necessary, but it's nice to be extra cared for.

The whole experience was nice. It was clean and comfortable.

Room temp was 30C when we arrived. Most likely the thermostat for the climate control was broken and could only be turned off to stop the heating. Quite noisy as we could hear people slamming doors and loud sex noises from other rooms. Bathroom needs a haul over as it shows wear and tear (ceiling, kitting)
