Internet was not good in the room and breakfast was a bit limited.

Old style hotel with amazing view to the Semois river. Staffs were helpful and friendly. They have some people that spoke English so communication was not much of a problem.

No WiFi. When you leave, you must hang the keys in a location that is open to the public... Drain in shower was blocked up in First time use.

The Location was perfect for the park and castle. Bed was confortable. Staff was very Nice.

Bathroom only had a bath with a shower attachment. Room was a bit dark. Two reading lights and a lamp did not work. I forgot to mention this next day before I left

Good location. Staff helpful. Breakfast was basic but OK

hotel is outdated, hot room, food was not always refilled in time for breakfast, next to the main road (but luckily there is not much traffic in the night)

dinner was very good (we had our dinner here two times), wifi, free public parking, nice staff

Do not take room no. 9! It was appalling. The hotel is the most dated we have stayed in for years. It was like an oven. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever been in , you had to turn sideways to even get in it. No privacy as none of the doors worked. There was not room to move in the shower. I am amazed it still has Logis status. The room and a lot of the hotel have ceilings that have been banned on EU H&S for years.

Lounge and restaurant fine. Good location.

Everything about the place, it's quirkiness is a winner. Having stayed there in the past made booking to go back a no brainer.

for a 4* hotel there were no coffee/tea making facilities, the wifi could have been stronger

nice restaurant, good breakfast, lovely staff, close to the castle

We couldn't understand how this is a four-star hotel, and a relatively expensive one at that. The décor is very dated, and the breakfast was disappointing.

The food in the restaurant was good.

Definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars. Rooms are like coming out of a German police tv program from the 80's (it was like going back in time...). It smells of cigarettes everywhere (including the corridor of the rooms at the third floor). 90% of the "Bar lounge" is taken by the "Fumoir" (smoking zone). The small non-smoking area is poorly located (in the walk way) and a lot less comfortable than the fumoir making non-smoking guest feel they are in second rate area. The hotel is no more looking as advertised in their pictures. The hotel is very clean but tired. The prices paid via Booking.com should have given us a view on the Semois (according to the price advertised everywhere in the hotel), We ended up with a small room with view at the rear of the hotel with mansarded ceiling. No tea/coffee making facilities in room (which most basic of hotels has these days) The ironing facilities are actually located in the middle of the corridor of the guest rooms.

Great Location, Friendly staff, lovely breakfast.

The rooms are a little tired with the bathrooms cramped as they have been built inside the existing room, at least the 2 rooms we saw were. The first room we were offered was the one allocated having booked via Booking.Com was very dark and depressing but they swapped us without too much trouble. Lots of traffic noise front and back of the hotel (some of us were at the front and some at the back).

Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Very close to lots of nice restaurants along the river and the castle.

No airco in a very hot room - then again we didn't expect it to be there at this pricepoint. This is a Hotel which is "stuck in time" and especially that's why we booked it.

Lovely people all over the hotel, very helpful and friendly. Efficient check-in and check-out, really great price. Perfect "base" for exploring Bouillon and the neighbourhood

The room was too small for the both of us, and very old fashioned in style. The beds, in particular the pillows were litterally a nightmare. In addition, the bathroom did not have a proper door so you may share lots of sounds with your travelling companion

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was rich
