The hotel has a special character and room decoration and that's what we really liked. They also gave us a bigger room because we were with a baby. Very nice and pleasant atmosphere.

The view from the nice rustique room was amazing. The room was clean and was also spacious enough to included a small sitting area and desk. Breakfast was good and had enough diversity. The full five course dinner was awesome and can be complemented with a nice selection of Kriek and Geuze beers.

The restaurant of the hotel does not serve the lunch and has limited possibilities for the dinner.

Lady manager is a fantastic person. Smart, kind and efficient, she speaks 4 or 5 languages. All the stuff is nice and kind. The hotel has the best possible view on the beautiful city of Bouillon and its old castle.

We booked a half-pension plan for 3 family members because we did not want to go down the hill looking for a place to eat in the center of Bouillon. We were right. We enjoyed our spacious room equipped with a modern kitchen and a balcony. The view from the room was wonderful. The dinner was beyond our expectations. It was delicious. I felt guilty because each dish was served with decorative foods with "Ardenne" quality + volume and I could not finish my main dish and dessert completely. (My husband finished them all. ) The host was friendly and make us feel at home. This is a nice family-owned hotel for relaxed afternoon and evening.

It would have been great to have better quality cosmetics (soap, shower gel)

The owners were very kind and welcoming, they also very nicely decorated the hotel making it very authentic and romantic at the same time. Amazing view on the castle from the room's windows.

The "superior" room was very dated and dark, it's in dire need of a renovation (we saw a newer room with a view, it is in a completely different league. No shower-curtain or door in the bathroom, just a tub with a shower handle. Doors were screeching, very thin walls and doors. Hallway and staircase have an unpleasant smell thats barely covered by numerous perfume dispensers.

Staff very friendly, Breakfast good and with lots of fresh fruit. Dinner is great- worth stopping by even if you don't stay.

The dinner at the hotel very much exceeded expectations. Aperitif in the sun room watching the sun go down behind the castle, can't be beat.

The stairs up to the room were a bit steep and narrow.

Hotel Cosy was really a cosy place! The person who checked us in was very friendly, and explained everything that we needed to know (about breakfast, wifi, where to eat, even where to hike) The hotel is set on a hill overlooking the city and the castle. Our room was large and had a comfortable sitting area. In the lobby, they had a fire going, and a few cats curled up sleeping. The cats were very friendly and added to the cosy feel of the place.

No cooked breakfast. Bar style high tables and stools, not to practical for buffet. Tables were not cleared after guests left, so next guests had to wait till someone came to clear. Cats in breakfast room.

Beautiful room with superb view. Really cosy hotel interior. Fresh breakfast products; fruit and yogurts galore. Would come back here

Hallway lighting was out. We were at the end of a dark hall and unlocking the door was done by braille.

Please light the fireplace if you have one! A sauna would be great. Besides the rooms and the excellent cuisine, this hotel is OK but no more. An interior upgrade of the rooms would do fine.

The water for the tea at breakfast should have been hotter. Out of hours entrance not particularly well lit.

Fantastic location on the hillside overlooking the town, river and castle. A 6-7 minute walk into the centre. Comfortable well-appointed and well-furnished room. Excellent comprehensive breakfast with a good selection of fruit, cold meats, cheese, bread and pastries. The breakfast room and dining room were beautifully furnished. The wood-burning stove in the lounge made the hotel truly "Cosy"!

the location offers the most dramatic and romantic view - we had room 102 which overlooked the castle. A lovely comfortable room with high quality furnishings throughout and a great bathroom. The food is exceptional and remarkably good value. During the week, out of season, one has to accept a limited choice but quite frankly we were happy to go along with the owners choice. Can't remember when and if We have had better food and service. At 40 Euro for a 4 course plus Le Muse Bouche ( appetiser ) gastronmique meal, it was exceptional value.
