We arrived to this absolutely gorgeous place and the most amazing hosts of their fabulous B&B! Michel and Livy could not have been more hospitable and kind. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts and they even made us packed lunches for our busy days ahead at Taekwondo competitions. Michel suggested a lovely restaurant for dinner and made the booking for us. The pool was delightful and the surroundings are magical. Honestly, if you are thinking of staying don’t hesitate at all you will not regret it. We will be back. 🥰

Things can always improve but not in this case. The improvement needs to be done by Booking since we have to write 3 sentences here to get a green dash when writing this.

Michel opened the door to their stunning house, rebuilt to a B&B, and greeted us as if best friends hadn't seen each other for years. And that's how the whole weekend with him and Livy was filled laughter, friendship like chats and great talks, although we only saw them at breakfast.

Hard to describe this stay in words. The owners are incredibly welcoming and truly understand what it means to be a host. The warm atmosphere and the attention to detail, be it in the furnishings or in the preparation of breakfast, is unique. The stay was more pleasant than it is in most 5-star hotels. I was there with a colleague for a 4-day business trip and will definitely come back.

Michel and livie , take care of your every need, making you feel right at home. Their personal touch extends to crafting delightful packed lunches upon request. The recently renovated rooms and villas exude modern comfort, ensuring a restful stay. Plus, the added convenience of private, secure parking adds to the overall ease of your visit. In sum, this B&B exceeds all expectations, earning a perfect 10/10 rating from me.

The bed was a bit too soft, quite expensive but you do get what you pay for

The warmed swimming pool and the dog. The owners are super nice. Very large and delicious breakfast. Spacious rooms.

The property is fantastic with plenty space around to relax indoor or outdoor if you didn’t want to sit in your room and it even has a heated pool outside for the warmer nights. The hosts were amazing and couldn’t be anymore helpful, breakfast was superb!

Tastefully decorated and clean B & B, with the owners hosting their guests in the warmest and most professional way. First choice for who looks for a short stay in the Balen area. Additionally: do not skip breakfast - freshly made, high quality, abundant, served at the table by the owners !

Never refunded my money as they promised to so I just disputed the charge on my American Express

Nothing as I paid in full for the Bed and Breakfast room and was driving there at night and then the owner called and said the rooms were dirty and I couldn't stay there.
