In a description at the booking.com website, you can read about a "hotel & resturant" and they do have a restaurant, but closed; it is open for breakfests only. Due to lack of cook you can get cold dishes only. What's worse - in only a few places I've drunk co bad coffe.

The main advantage of the hotel is the distance to airport and prices. They can organize a shuttle, which transfers you to the airport within 5-6 minutes; moreover - it came realy "just in time". Next bright point is the personnel - friendly, competent and spoken in 2-3 languages. Excelent beer (Jupiter) from the keg - you can get it at the reception desk (together with a very interesting conversation).

If you arrive after 10pm there is no one in the reception and the park is closed. Luckily there was a single spot available. Breakfast ends at 9:30, even on holidays.

The carpets are very tired. There was a problem with my bathroom but the staff immediately changed my room to fix the problem. It’s a pity the restaurant is no more as I really liked it.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The car park is definitely an added bonus.

I couldn't open my room with the provided key during late check-in in the evening, but the problem was quickly solved - I got a key for another room. Unfortunately, there is no connection between the airport and the hotel on foot, so you have to ask the airport staff to open gates for you or pay for transfer. The price for the room and the breakfast was IMHO a bit too high. I wish that there was bottled water and a kettle in the room.

The receptionist was very helpful on the phone with solving a problem during late check-in.

Towels were not all clean. Shower head in room had limescale and not even water flow. Floor/carpet wasn’t too clean and needed washing and vacuuming.

Property is located next to the airport but has to walk 4km to enter the airport entrance.. The taxi from the hotel to the airport is 30 euro..There are no nearby shops or restaurants to eat because the hotel only provides breakfast.. No lunch or dinner..

Shuttle service is really bad. After a lot of calls to the driver he promised many times to pickup us in 1 minute and at the end we waited 45 mins. It was raining and freezing. I hope the hotel will find a different solution for the customers.

No restaurant at the hotel, no eateries nearby, you have to order food online. The hotel does not have any relationship with nearby eateries. It may take up to 40-50 min until the food gets delivered. The airport transfer was a taxi where we were crammed (four travellers plus the driver) and it was quite expensive. The hotel is near the airport, but hard to access as the airport entrance is quite far. Similar accommodations offered better services at a lower price.

Need to order taxi anyway from airoport to hotel and vissverca. Btw you can do that on reception, and it looks like one possible option, because no any famous online-taxi services work in Belgum. It was really unexpected

A power socket was on one side of the bed, and wasn’t on the other. I wish there were two. But that’s not a big issue as there were other sockets in the rooms
